Suprise suprise, a chinese copy of a telecaster. But it sure looks good! Out of the box it looked wonderful, nice finish on the body and neck. The plastic nut is cheap. The frets were not polished. Thats about all the bad news there is. A quick crown and dress on the frets and a little filing in the nut, BAM! this thing plays great and stays in tune. The biggest suprise is the pickups! I didn't expect much but these things sound great. I don't know if it was done on purpose but the center position on the selector switch is humbucking! So one pickup is reverse wound! It really scares me that for alittle over $100 bucks you can get a guitar with the sound and playability of this one. If you are handy with guitar work get a couple you will be amazed!!!
