The can was excellently packed. The circular shape of the aluminum locks in the flavor and allows for an extended period of time to go by before it is necessary to consume. The label is presented well, but I found some of the writing to be extremely small and therefore difficult to read, as I like to read while I'm eating in my bunker. It also came off when I accidentally got it wet. The water in the can is a little salty and left me thirsty after drinking it. I was able to stack them 11 cans high before the stability of the tower was compromised. The can has a metallic scent and is incredibly smooth. BE CAREFUL!!! After opening the can, the lid that has just been opened, can be very sharp and if cut you may require a tetanus shot as they can be rusty after years of sitting in a shelter. I should know I had to give one to myself, thank God I stocked up before I started S.I.P.ing. The canned tuna works well with relish, mustard, pickles, canned onions, canned corn, hot sauce, canned green beans, reconstituted mayonnaise, pilot bread, Ritz crackers(they only last two years in the box, must vacuum seal), condensed milk, reconstituted milk, chili, black-eyed peas, textured vegetable protein(TVP for those in the know), garbanzo beans, macaroni and cheese, tuna helper, and all other helpers.
Do Not mix with Velveeta shells and cheese that are more than 1 year past the expiration date as the starches in the pouch become condensed and it is too sugary.
Overall, an excellent eat, that works with just about any canned or reconstituted food. A great source of sustainable protein wherever you are.
