Make me sick...

I took this for only one day! It made me feel really light headed and weird. I have 20 pds that I need to loose and I just wanted something to help me. I liked the fact that it has a lot of natural herbs and stress is a huge factor for me but it made me really sleepy. Maybe this will work for some people, just not for me.....

This Product does what it says it does and that is help you lose weight from around the midsection. If you want faster results add exercise and proper nutrition to the equation, just an opinion thought, not a solid fact.

I've tried every diet pill under the sun and relacore helped a little more than the others I've tried, but my friend who had lost 68 lbs had done it with [...] so I asked to try some of those. I've lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks already and unlike relacore, I have no hunger for food and absolutely no jitters or agitation. But Relacore may be a good choice for some.

The first week I used this product, I lost 4 pounds. I have been trying for a YEAR to lose weight and nothing I tried has worked...until now. I have also slept better than I have in weeks, no make that years. I plan to continue using this product and definitely placing a re-order as well.
Disappointing 2007-04-10
I purchased Relacore to give myself a boost in my wieght loss. I am exercising very regularly. Nearly everyday and had hit a wall in my wieght loss. Relacore PM did not help me lose any wieght and I certainly didn't sleep any better. Matter of fact I seemed to have more difficulty drifting off to sleep during the 3+ weeks I used it.
