Simply the best

I have been a Bullworker user for 40 years. Nothing gives you muscles and strength faster than Isometrics. Nothing is easier for Isometrics than the Bullworker. This Steel-Bow is the best Bullworker ever designed. The size is perfect for any height, there are 15 inches difference between my wife and I, and changing springs is a snap. Any one, and I mean any one can use this product and see results in a week. This Steel-Bow is for the weakest of the weak to the strongest of the strong. Men and women need nothing else for muscle fitness. We had to buy a 2nd one so my wife and I could each have our own and she never used my original Bullworker. The Iso-Motion might be the most effective exercise program I have ever tried and I have tried PLENTY. The best $60 you will ever spend on your self.
One Size Fits All

Finally a one size fits all Bullworker. The ability to change springs in a matter of seconds makes this Bullworker a pleasure to use. The shorter length is easier on my elbow joints and I can do greater compressions... especially crunches. My waist is actually tightening up with this device. The Level 3 Spring is harder than anything I can compress and only used for the leg exercises. The Level 2 Spring feels like a normal Bullworker. Level 1 seems too easy until one starts the Iso-Motion exercises which may be the most challenging and rewarding program of all. It is a ballet of fitness. The exercise chart covers it all in detail. My wife has picked it up and puts her time in on it. She likes the DVD program and dances her own Iso-motion routine. We have even taken it on trips. Never have I seen a product challenge me in so many different ways. It is more than having 3 different Bullworkers... it is truly a Portable Gym. No one is too strong or weak for this all-in-one gym. We are believers in the Power of the Bow!
Skipp this and buy Isometric Power Revolution By John P.

I can't use this thing. I like isometrics, but I get tennis elbow from the Bullworker. I just tried one rep on the chest press and I felt pain immediately. I would have only given this one star, but it is OK for doing abs work. I Have been using John Peterson Isometric workout for close to a year. It is a better program, and there is no equipment, and if the exercises are done right there is no pain. If your wondering yes I have seen grate results with my isometric workouts. Johns program is excellent.
Versatile, Right-Sized Workout Tool

I tried the 38" Bully and found it too long. (I returned it more than a month ago and have yet to receive their money-back guarantee refund.) I didn't know whether to go with the shorter Steel Bow or the 28" model. I chose the shorter because of the versatility with the springs. I thought I would only use it when I travel, but I'm finding I prefer to work with it even when I'm home. I'm very satisfied.
overpriced and limited funtions
2008-04-05
At almost $100 with shipping, this gadget is way overpriced with limited functions. The actual Steel-bow is not as good looking as the advertisement; I am worried how many times one can change the springs without eventually wearing out the removable plastic grip. AS I changed the springs for the first time, the plastic rubber chips as I put the handle back.
You can get more bang for you money by getting the bullworker from Everlast which is made out of light weight plastic. It's a much better made product and it's only $30. Wish Everlast made a shorter version for travel.
You can not do squats with the Steel-bow and other pulling exercises are limited due to the length of the cables, but it's good for compression exercises for people with shorter arms.
If you don't have the money to burn or don't want to pay such high price for a limited gadget, you can do all the isometric exercises with a towel and a short stick and you can definitely pack that anywhere in your travel bag.
gave it away

don't see how this device can add anything to my workouts but it's just my opinion- there is nothing terribly wrong with it
Cool fitness tool
2007-07-23
This fitness tool has several big advantages:
a. Speed: you can do a full-body workout in literally 10 minutes.
b. Light-weight. If I were travelling, I would LOVE this thing. No weights to lug around. It is VERY lightweight. It is compact. It would be perfect for travellers
c. Ease of use. Not hard to learn. You basically do two types of movement: compress the bow (grab both ends and push in and hold), and grab the cables (the cables are steel cables, enclosed in clear rubber) and pull out and hold.
Very easy, very light, compact, and FAST.
