Cordless phone

We got this as an expansion for a phone we purchased previously. For the price, it seems like a very good choice. We hardly use this phone - it is in the bedroom. The original phone, however, we use all the time and that one is having some issues with sound quality - so that callers can only hear me if I use a headset. I prefer the headset, so it isn't a problem for me.

I love this phone. You hear verbal caller ID. so you don't have to have the phone right next to you to decide if you want to answer it.

Amazingly Perfect

I have used the product extensively for the last few weeks. The batteries last a long long time. Voice quality is very good, hands free is nice and loud and putting in phone numbers is very quick and easy. Works well with Vonage and caller ID works well. I have talked for literally hours at a time, one time talking for 2.5 hours straight on a conference call. Battery is very lasting. I recommend this phone to anyone and the price is really very good for what is delivered.

Great additional phone to what you currently have

If you are looking to add an additional phone to your current set, and this is compatible with them, then this is the one for you. It is really easy to sync up with the main base, and acts like the rest of the phones once you tweak a few settings. I thought setup would be hard, but the phone tells you exactly what to do once you place the battery in it!

Misleading item

Item was ordered in error as a cordless phone. Once the error was discovered, I attempted to order the main phone that goes with it. I then discovered that the main phone was no longer available.

Best all around cordless phone

This is the most user friendly phone I have ever purchased. When my Uniden went up and I could not replace it I was frantic...I wanted a phone that could easily be programmed and was pleased to find that this phone has it all...It was also easy to set up the second phone and most important (the Uniden was not user friendly to set up ) I can add or delete items without having to find the booklet to refresh my memory...It is all that simple...And simple is important to me in this hectic time we all live in...

Great Phone System

I purchased this phone to expand our current Panasonic system to its maximum of four. I really like the system. It has a lot of great features.
While the pronunciation isn't that great, I like the verbal caller ID. Even with the not-so-great pronunciation (which obviously varies depending on the spelling of names), I can usually tell who is calling without actually going to the phone. Each unit (such as this KX-TGA600M) has a speakerphone and hold. It is easy to transfer calls from one unit to another, if desired, instead of just putting them on hold. Also each unit (and the base) can "call" or page other units by their unit number. It has several other nice features and options.
I do wish that the keypad would light for nighttime use.

This cordless phone works great. It has a few different ring tones in it. You can add a ring tone to a phone number and know who is calling you. The speaker phone is very clear and easy to understand. I like it. the Phone is very user friendly. This phone is well worth the money.
