Great Product for the Price

This is an excellent product given the price. There are better pieces of equipment out there but given the cost this is a good pull up bar. The Ab dip station on the bars is comfortable though the exercises are hard. I would highly recommend purchasing this if you live in an apartment building where you have limited space (I live on the 20th floor) but you do not have the right to install a doorway pull up bar. Now, if I could only do more pull ups with better form.

Well built tower with many features. The pull up station is a bit awkward for wide pull-ups.
Very Sturdy, needs larger diameter pull up bar 2008-09-16
This pull up, dip, push up device is pretty good. It is real heavy duty. The box was damaged when UPS delivered it, but everything inside was fine. Took about 40 minutes to assemble. It is too large to move from room to room, so make sure you assemble in the room you will use it.
The pull up bar could be a larger diameter, my hands eaisly wrap around it. Overall I think it is pretty good for $150 delivered.

I was sent this item only to be told 10 days later the product was destroyed en route. I was sent one again right away, which was nice, but when this one came there were holes throughout the package, with different parts sticking all the way out of the box. needless to say all of those parts were scratched all over. But, i could handle scratches, though what i couldn't handle, was on the first step the screws not fitting into the holes, short of using a drill to get them in or a rubber hammer. of course after using the hammer half of the bolt was stripped away. The packaging for this item is horrendous, and your product will suffer do to it.

Overall this is a great product. Shipping was very cheap and arrived with all parts. Feels pretty solid with all exercises. my only negative would be with the grips that come with it. They are made of cheap rubber/plastic and rotate when you use grab them. I plan on replacing them or placing 2-sided tape under them to keep from rotating. Definitely
worth the money.

bent and missing parts

The packaging of this product is horrible. The box arrived with tape over the box. After opening it, then I realized the box had been ripped open during shipping and 4 parts were missing as well as one of the frame was bent which I used a plyer to correct the shape. After couple of weeks, the manufacturer shipped the missing parts to me. Make sure you verify your shipment contains all contents before assembling it.
Overall, this equipment is robust. I have minor complains about the outer handle grips on the pull-up bar as they do not firmly stick to the bar and will easily rotate when you grab on them.
Solid piece of equipment 2008-08-12
The machine arrived the next day as I opted for next day delivery. All the pieces were there and assembly was extremely easy. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble. I had to buy a wrench and socket set but I needed a few tools anyway. I've used the machine everyday since I got it and I am impressed with the quality. I'm about 200lbs and it supports me with no problem. My only complaint is I'm 6'0 and doing dips I have to bend my neck and head a bit when doing dips because of the pull up bar on the way up which prevents a full extension but for the price its overall a really good machine. I'd recommend this
Excellent pull-up station 2008-07-28
This product was exactly what I was looking for. It is small enough it does not take up to much space, but it is made of good quality and provides an excellent workout station. Assembly was easy and I am glad I purchased this product.
A Nice Surprise 2008-06-27
My acupuncturist recommended this apparatus for my lower back problems, explaining that suspending myself by the arms, allowing my legs to dangle, would be like traction for the spine. I couldn't find it anywhere but at Amazon, so I ordered it. It arrived in good time and then my husband had the job of putting it together. It looked a bit daunting at first, but all the nuts and bolts were packaged nicely and clearly labeled, and the instructions were surprisingly easy to follow. The equipment feels very stable and secure when I use it.
