Great razor

I have a bad habit of buying every new razor that comes out. The Gillette Venus Breeze 2 in 1 razor is the best I've tried so far. Very smooth, close shave. I love that I don't need to use shaving cream too.

I get a smooth easy shave. I use this in the shower to do my legs, have never had a better or easier shaving experience.

Okay, I've only used it once so far, but. . .

I just used this blade for the first time and loved it so much I felt compelled to immediately log on and review it. It was uber convenient, cut my shaving down to half the usual time and I got a really nice, close shave.

Having logged on, however, I see that folks had less than extraordinary experiences with this blade after use #1, so instead of the 5 stars I initially wanted to give it, I'll give it 4. I so hope that I don't encounter their issues on shaves 2-4 w/ this.

We'll have to see. . .

not worth the money!

I am doing this review through my husbands account, so don't pay mind to the name! Sorry!
I love all the Gillette Razors! I tried this Razor at my sisters house, and loved it as well. So, I went out and bought it at Sam's club. The first day was wonderful, and then the second was OK, and then by the third day I couldn't use it! So, i have to replace the heads every three days? I don't think so! On that third day I had to use a lather soap, which I shouldn't have to use since the head has gel built into it! I really don't think it is worth the money.

no problems with this product... smooth shave and NO razor burn... i like the fact that i rarely have to buy shaving cream. ONE THING though i notice is that i can't leave the razor in the shower or else the gel bar wears out faster... i think thats what is causing it to wear out quickly??? otherwise im a regular buyer of this product.

Best Razor Ever!!!

I've used several different razors even trying men's. The key with this razor is to make sure your legs and the razor are fully wet. I find it works best if you allow the water to continue running. There is a simple solution to the gel bars running out, just dry off the razor after use. I pat mine dry on a towel and leave it on the edge of the tub, outside the curtain and it lasts for 4-7 shaves depending on how long you take to shave.

I don't understand how anyone could get razor burn with these unless you don't use enough water or go too fast which would cause razor burn with any razor. I love these because I can shave really quickly, they last a long time and I don't have to buy shave gel any more.

Waste of money!

If I could rate a zero, I would! The gel bar dries out and shrivels in just a couple of days. They aren't good for a close shave at all. The bulk of them makes it nearly impossible to shave around your ankles. The Intuition is so much better!

Convenient, but could be improved

I have a stand-up stall shower only, so shaving with gel or soap is pretty much impossible because it's washed away before the razor hits my leg. I started off with the Intuition razor and put up with it cause it was better than nothing. But the soap bar wore un-evenly and within 5 days was gone completely. Then this product came out and I gave it a shot. I like the gel better than the soap bar and it does tend to last a bit longer (around 7 days). I've never had a problem with razor burn like some of the other reviewers. I wish they could make the gel bar last longer -- or drop the price a little. But as I have little options, I will continue to use it.

Finally, a quick clean shave!

I get a nice clean shave with the Venus Breeze. And I LOVE the convenience of having one item in the shower for shaving because of the built-in shave gel. It's easy to use at home, easy to pack for trips. I have no problems with razor burn like I've had with other razors. I just wish the shave gel lasted a little longer on the cartridge, but really, not a big problem. I also like the nice wall storage box that the razor comes with and how easy it is to change to a new one, even in the shower.
