Horrible quality

I read the poor reviews before I purchased, but decided I would order anyway. I just wanted something I could play with my kids on occasion. No real need for top quality.
When I received and opened the (undamaged)box, there were screws everywhere, loose in the box. At first I thought I would just get a screwdriver and put the screws back in and tighten them. The problem is the screws had been stripped out of the pressboard base of the table. There was no way to get the screws to tighten.
I am making do with it as is. The hassle of returning for refund or replacement is just something I don't have time for.
Bottom line, the workmanship and quality as delivered is horrible.
Tons of Fun all over the place

We purchased this table because we have a full size indoor table we use all the time in the winter. With the nice weather and lots of travelling coming up, we can pack this table and bring it everywhere. Family vacation in Myrtle Beach was a blast playing out on the beach. Sporting tournaments the kids/parents have fun between games. Family picnics and all sorts of outings. We leave it in the van and bring it everyone. Tons of fun!
Fun for small spaces

This is a great mini ping pong table for rooms that are not large enough for a fullsize version. For the price (we paid $99 w/ free ship) we have loved having it and thoroughly enjoyed it! Even my 6'4" husband enjoys the cut down table - much to his surprise! You just have to adjust your game a little!
NEVER AGAIN!! 2007-12-28
We purchased this as a gift and on X-mas Day we took it out of the box to set it up. To our surprise we found that the screws were stripped, the table was cracked, warped and chipped. It looked like it had been used for years and then left out in the rain... Will not buy another product from this company EVER....
Piece of junk 2007-12-23
Do not waste your money on this piece of junk, when I took it out of the box it fell apart in my hands, one whole side of the table was unscrewed, screws in the box and holes that were stripped so the screws would not fit.

Defective table top 2007-04-14
The concept of a mini tennis table is great but this product was shipped with a major defect. The table was poorly manufactured. Once the product was removed from its shipping box, all of its screws fell out of the table top. Not what we had hoped for.
Great option for those who have no room for a regular sized ping pong table 2007-03-19
My son wanted a ping pong table for his birthday - he said he would put it in his bedroom if there wasn't room elsewhere. There was no way we were going to fit a ping pong table anywhere in our house. I came upon this mini table and thought maybe, just maybe this would do the trick. We love it. It's sturdy. It fits in the family room, and can be taken down and stored easily. However, we are all enjoying playing so much that it might become a permanent fixture. The free shipping with the prime membership was also an incentive!
