microfiber traveling towel, camping towel, deployment

These towels are fantastic! AAA+ I ordered 2 when I was in Afghanistan- and am VERY grateful that the vendor was willing to ship via the USPS to an APO address (FedEx and UPS cannot ship to an APO address because of some regulation that says that when sending mail to an APO address, it MUST have postage from USPS on the package. So, of course this would defeat the purpose of FedEx/UPS as the postage would have to be paid twice).
These towels dried extremely fast, were lightweight and were great as a blanket and pillow when traveling on a military flight (on a C-5). Sleeping on that steel floor is not very comfortable, but two of these towels were very welcome and made all the difference. They fold up very small and take up very little space. And the blue was a welcome change from everything brown and green!! I recommend these to everyone I know!
AWESOME SHAVER

Loved it! Used many other types of shavers, this is absolute best. Nice clean shave, last for days! Highly recommend.
good backpacker product!

I bought this towel for a backpacking trip through Costa Rica. It was so light weight and took up very little room in my backpack. I loved that aspect of it. The texture of it took a little getting used to as it tends to grab on your skin and not slide over it. It took a little longer to dry than I anticipated, and smelled after a few uses. I would use it again in a heartbeat for another trip, but not for home. I highly recommend it for someone for whom space is a concern, and it can double as a small blanket if you need it.
i've had better travel towels

this towel wasn't as absorbent as i'd hoped. and it left alot of bluish lint on me after the first dry. i've just washed it, hopefully that will help, but so far i'm not impressed.
Excellent product

I never thought that I'd write a review for something as mundane as a towel, but this product deserves a lot of praise. I've used it on a camping trip and as a backpack item on a car safari through Nova Scotia and PEI. It's handy, dries out quickly, and easy to pack. If you're travelling in an area where you might need a towel for spur of the minute swimming or wading or you're going to an area where your hotel probably won't provide bath towels bigger than postage stamps, I highly recommend this towel. A micronet towel is a truly handy item. As the late Douglas Adams wrote:
"A towel is about the most massively useful thing an interstellar hitchhiker can have. You can wrap it around you for warmth as you bound across the cold moons of Jaglan Beta...wet it for use in hand-to-hand combat...wrap it around your head to ward off noxious fumes...any man who can hitch the length and breadth of the Galaxy, rough it ... win through, and still know where his towel is, is clearly a man to be reckoned with."
