Ab Loops work fine for me

I've owned the Door Gym and Ab Loops for over 5 years and have never had a problem with them. At 170 lbs, I may not be putting them to the test that some users are, but I've found them to be secure and trouble-free.
I'm a real fan of this product and have recommended it to friends and family and continue to do so without hesitation. I think the two products combined, the Door Gym and Ab Loops, make for a great work out.

I should have read the legal disclaimer before purchasing this product. They are absolutly right; this thing can, and probably will, hurt you. The Ab Loops use velcro to secure itself to the bar. I know they claim the loops will hold 300 pounds, but for how long and whose willing to risk it. I'm having mine modified to be more secure. Bottom line: you get what you pay for, and these were the cheapest ones on Amazon
