Great product for the money

Bought this for my college daughter. She specifically wanted to select what songs she wanted to wake to and also recharge IPOD. I didn't want to spend too much money. Meet both our needs and she is happy with the product

Love how you can change the brightness of the clock and lights! Has pretty good sound quality. The only downsides are it doesn't have a radio and the only way you can wake up to a beep instead of the iPod is by removing the iPod from the dock. But overall is a great product!

Too bright and too fast!

As others have already commented, this clock is way too bright to keep lit in your bedroom while you sleep. Even on the lowest light setting it will light up your entire room. Yes, you can turn the light off, but if you do that you cannot see what time it is in the dark.
I've tolerated this for the past few months because I like the idea of this clock - that is, being able to use with my ipod and I like the size and design, and the sound quality of the speakers are very good, but a new problem has occurred and that is the clock gains time at the rate of about one minute per week. I'm not sure if this is just a defect in the unit I have or if others are like this.
I'm now on Amazon searching for a new clock. I'll keep this one and just use it as a speaker for my ipod, but definitely not in the bedroom.
Just stopped working

Item worked great for a year, then it just stopped working. Nothing happened to it, it just stop working. Company will repair for 40.00. I will not buy an I home again, they do not stand behind there product.

Seemed like a good idea to wake up to my iPod. The problem was that the backlighting and sidebar lights on this clock are so bright that it practically lit up the whole room, even at its lowest setting. I had to put electrical tape over the sidebar lights to make it somewhat bearable at night. However, the backlighting of the digital time display was still too bright to leave on at night, so I turned that off. Problem is, if you wake up at night and want to see what time it is you have to hit a button to backlight the digital display and when I did I was practically blinded by the brightness. I returned it within a week.

Alarm Clock arrived within the week of order. Packing was excellent and product was just as advertised and displayed online. Daughter uses it daily.

Great sound. We bought this to bring on vacation. We used it to charge my daughter's ipod and listen to music in our hotel room. Fortunately we all listen to the same music as our daughter. The sound is really good. It really does alot. You can set the alarm clock to wake you to your ipod. The clock is lit up.
