This is a great product that I have had my eye on for quite some time and had a hard time finding one. This is the Pilates mat to buy. It is much thicker that other "Pilates" mats (which are just a tad thicker than yoga mats) and offers great back support.

I am very pleased with this product. I use one at the gym where I work out with my personal trainer and was excited that I could get the same mat to use at home. The black mat was several dollars cheaper for what seemed to be the very same one in blue. Odd?

I ordered this to replace my yoga mats due to Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. I was unable to exercise due to extreme pain from the least amount of pressure and this mat was a life saver! I am now able to exercise once again, from yoga to Tai Chi to any form of exercise requiring a mat. I researched this particular mat and this was by far the best value.

Nice and firm. Be careful or you will fall asleep on it when stretching :-). Much better than some of the more expensive kind. Durable, thick padding and worth every penny (and more).
