crap crap, did I mention crap?

See the review titled UGGHH, it's a very accurate summary. This truck is a nice concept, horrible execution. The pieces that are supposed to fold out are almost impossible to get to stay in their deployed positions, when you try to fold it up to create the truck, the sides do not fold easily (frustrating everyone who tries) and fall easily. The launcher is difficult to pop in place and has to be pulled out in order to fold the truck up. There's nothing but frustration in store for the parents and children that have this toy.

Good toy. My 2 yr old son loves playing with this toy. We've had no problems with it.

disappointing

This truck looked like so much fun, but we're really disappointed. The pieces of the truck do not stay together, whether set up as a race track, or in truck form. It's very frustrating for me, let alone my son. I'm about to throw the whole thing away.

Fun, but hard to put back together!

This was a Christmas gift for our 7 year old. He played with it a lot at first, but doesn't seem to get it out much anymore. We wish it was built a little sturdier. It doesn't seem to latch together very easily when you try to put it all away. But when he does get it all out, he plays with it for a long time and has a lot of fun!

VERY Poor Construction/Quality

Too bad Mattel didn't spend as much money on the design/construction of this toy as they did advertising it to our kids! My 6 year old son kept seeing the commercials for this toy and it was "all he wanted!" We bought it for him and within ten minutes the toy was broken. We couldn't latch the back parts of Mack's truck. With it unlatched, my son couldn't "drive" it around the floor. My very upset son got frustrated when I told him I was going to take it back. What a waste of my time and money Mattel!

Disappointed quality

I bought this toy for my 3 year old son who absolutley loves anything Cars. I think the idea behind this toy is excellent. With that said, the quality of it is very poor and the design could use some tweeking. Some of the parts do not securely stay in their respective positions. The plastic is flimsy. The sides are difficult to put back in the trailor position. I am not sure if I would buy this toy now that I know the quality of it.

Do not buy it

This toy was bought for a 5 year old who struggle with it. Putting the town together takes patience, the pieces do not lock properly when you close it so children get frustrated when they are playing with Mac and it pops open.
It was a Christmas present that was left behind the 28th so 3 days is not worth the price.
Maybe if you have an older child who is extremely careful with toys it will work but I have heard of many other Moms who have the same complaints.
If I had the receipt I would not hesitate to return it.

Mack truck: Very Cool if you're 4!

All we heard from our 4 yr. old was that he wanted the Mack truck from the movie Cars and that is what he got for Christmas. He thinks this truck is very cool. It keeps him busy for a good while. Like most boys, he thinks cars and trucks are so much fun. This isn't the most educational toy, or even the most durable, but for the money, it's a good toy. I would recommend it to others.

Frustrating design, but my son *LOVES* the toy anyway

On the one hand, all of the complaints are accurate -- this toy is hard for younger kids to put together.

On the other hand, my son (age 2.5) loves the toy. He can't put the whole trailer together, but he can hook up the part of the trailer that has the wheels, and that is enough for him. And he plays with just the tractor part ("Mack"). He likes having a Mack character to go with his other Cars characters.

So overall this toy has worked out well for us.

	Dora the Explorer Mr. Face Plush Backpack Review: My daughter is a big Dora fan and uses this backpack to carry around her favorite toys and books, which is why I gave it 5 stars for educational value. My friend's daughter has it as well, and love hers too. We've had it 6 months now and it's holding up just fine. The map opens up for an added bonus. My daughter likes to wear it and sing the backpack song from the show.
	Star Wars Episode III: Darth Vader Voice Changer Helmet Wow, do I ever wish they had this out when I was a kid! I bought it, and my wife, kids and I have all been playing with it. It has a chest box with several buttons that plays about 5 of Darth's quotes from the movies, or you can switch it to voice changer. The voice changer is fun! It has 3 different levels of depth for changing the voice. ... A must for Star Wars Geeks!!!!
