Editorial Review
These grippers are unlike any you have ever tried in your life, bar none! When it comes to serious strength training for your hands, you have to use serious resistance, and those sporting goods store grippers just won't cut it. To develop truly crushing hand power and a steel grip like you never thought possible, you need to train with Heavy Grips hand grippers. Come in six strength levels, ranging from 100 to 350 pounds. Six levels allow you to build your strength to super-human levels, one step at a time. Which gripper should you start with? The HeavyGrip(HG)100 is mostly used as a warm-up gripper or for grip beginners. We recommend this gripper for females, young athletes and people with a weak grip. It is also a very high quality gripper for stronger people who like to do a lot of repetitions. That's why it's called "The Beginner". Most strong people can do reps with the HG 150-"Intermediate" and find that the grips become really difficult at the HG 200 level and people of average hand strength have trouble closing the HG 200 for reps or the HG250 once. When training their hand like other bodyparts with reps under 20, most people are surprised at how fast they can master the HG 200 and HG250 and are ready to step up to the HG 300. The HG 350 provides unbelievable amounts of resistance. Only the strongest people on the planet can even come close to closing it. The HG 350 is great for developing the strongest hands in the world. It also makes a great conversation starter!

Set of 3 Heavy Grips Hand Grippers - 100, 150, & 200 lbs 2008-07-16
I purchased this set of three grippers rather than a single gripper because I had no clue what 100 or 150 or 200 lbs meant in terms of resistance. It turned out for me to be a wise decision to purchase all 3. I've used grippers to build endurance rather than the strength to squeeze water from rocks. The former fits my lifestyle and needs better. So, I can use the 200 for some 20-30 reps, followed by the 150 for some 30-40 reps, and the 100 until, well, I get bored. The only fault I can find of the grippers is one of the handles on the 200 started to spin after about the 3rd or 4th use. I just place that handle in my palm and work the other side. To be honest, I've never owned a gripper (others from Everlast) that has not spun. I'm sure I can return it, but that would chew up a real 30 minutes of my time and it's not high enough a priority.
