I recently purchased this HP Monitor and am really very happy with it as with all HP's products. The color is just fantastic, so realistic!
In my opinion its the perfect size. Not to large Not to wide.

HP w1907 monitor 2008-05-19
Well packaged and delivered on time . PNP unit , connected , adjusted resolution and hit auto set , works like a charm . Does need a speaker upgrade and just throw out the install c.d. It causes error codes which nobody can figure out what they are. Comes with all necessary cables. Looks good and works good.
Best Cost to Preformance Ratio in a 19inch Widescreen 2008-04-19
I experimented with a 24 inch. I have floaters in my vision and that was so bright I thought I was looking at the sky and the floaters annoyed me (and reminded me I was getting older);). Then I tried various 20-19 inch monitors. This was the best for the buck. The colors are almost exactly perfect and the controls are well thought out. Very nice and makes viewing a pleasure. DVD performance is outstanding. Get it.
Dead on arrival

The screen goes dark after one second of displaying the screen content. If I cycle power, then the screen turns on for one second, then goes dark. This is a piece of junk. The back light is going kaput on the first day of operation!

Great Picture, but the "speakers" were not strong - even at the highest level. However, the quality was great.
A superb widescreen monitor from HP!!! 2008-07-13
This is my second purchase of the HP W1907 19" monitor, because I was so impressed with the first. This monitor has a very "cool" glossy black finish and its sharpness is out of this world. I also appreciated the built-in speaker. I will not be surprizing if I next purchase the 22" or 24" in the "W" series HP monitors.
Great Monitor 2008-06-26
This monitor is just great, when I was looking arround for a good 19 inch monitor this was my top choice because of the great performance vs price. When I got it out of the box I was very pleased to see that all the parts were intact and nicely wrapped. Instructions to set up the stand and monitor were very clear and easy to follow. When I plugged it, it basically did an auto adjusment and it looked great from the get-go bright colors and the text looked very rich and clear. I honestly dont see a downside to this monitor and would recommend it to anyone! So if you are looking to get performance for a reasonable price, buy this monitor.

Talk about easy. I just plugged it into my pc and away it went.
I didn't have to adjust anything. The color was perfect.
The sound is kind of tiny but for this size and price range? I can live with it.

I've read some negative reviews and I suggest you do some research before you plunk down your money on this or anything electronic.
I have a seven year old HP pc (lol, a dinosaur by todays standards).
But this monitor worked like a charm.

This monitor is one of the main reasons I decided to get a new PC system. I checked around and love this monitor, and all the PC features. Got it with the HP Pavilion S3420F Slimline. Very, very pleased, with the package and Amazon!

i use my hp monitor on my mac g4 desk top, i have an adapter. the quality is beautiful no complaints. if you here a bad review on this monitor somethings wrong with desktop useing it.
