Best Cleanse on the Market!

I hope people try this product, because I think all the bad reviews are just people having a hard time detoxing, because it's not a fun process in general. I have tried several other cleanses and Perfect Cleanse has been the best experience BY FAR! I didn't have headaches, body aches, or nausea. Just changes in bowel activity and movements, but that's to be expected. It may be that I'm not having bad symptoms because I'm not eating much sugar or preservatives the rest of the year.
For those who ARE experiencing yucky symptoms, don't give up! You're feeling the effects of toxins already IN your body, LEAVING it! That's a good thing. If you can survive by drinking lots of water and eating simply during the 10 days, it will be worth it...and may inspire healthier eating the rest of the time. By the way, I think Garden of Life recommends this cleanse 4 times a year. I think it's gentle enough to do that, and with such a great price, I'm planning on it.

I never bothered to look at reviews for this product and am kind of surprised so many had bad results. I have tried many other cleanses: Dr. Natura, Blessed Herbs, and another brand I can't think of. Also, from reading other's revies, I'm realizing that I didn't follow directions and change my diet while on this cleanse (ate like normal). I generally don't have an easy time going, if you know what I mean, and I purposefully avoid any fiber supplements- anything other than fruits and vegetables tends to back me up.
So, I've been happy with the results of this cleanse (done it twice) and the remove product has been more effective for me than any other brand. I've been wondering what special thing is in their proprietary blend that works for me and just wanted to buy Remove by itself. From most other cleanses I either get backed up or have diarrhea and so far this is the only one that works for me. (sorry for the details...)
Just goes to show that everyone's body is different I guess.

Most importantly, it's imperative to flush with LOTS of water all day every day you are on this product. If you don't, you'll have problems. If you drink the amount of water you should, you'll be fine.
I followed the perfect cleanse instructions and diet that Rubin lists in the book Perfect Weight America. With a few exceptions, I stuck to foods that were listed as healing foods and not the dirty dozen. I did the chicken soup thing for three days of the cleanse. My husband did the chicken soup for those days as well, just not for breakfast. We both followed the instructions for all the water to drink.
He felt better, I felt much better and I lost about four pounds, and that was only being on it for seven days (he did it for 10). I got off after day seven b/c I had to take antibiotics for strep throat and didn't want to do the cleanse on antibiotics. I plan on making the soup again and doing the other three days' worth.
BTW, the soup recipe recommended with this cleanse makes excellent soup. Best my husband and I had ever eaten and we are used to eating good food.

and don't want to be kicked out of my friend's apartment, so will discontinue use... perhaps if I was one of those people who doesn't eat red meat, sugar, and other toxins I would find this to be an excellent product but I'm not and feel the need for a product that will flush these toxins... I figure a good psyllium husk product will do the trick, but after paying $30 (upon recommendation of a Whole Foods rep) I can't afford anything but a drugstore version (Metamucil or Rite Aide, even cheaper) and they unfortunately adds toxins to their mixes

I am just heading into day 10 of the cleanse, and I did not experience any of the problems I read here. I was very careful with my diet during the cleanse (no red meat, little dairy, no simple carbs, no starchy stuff, no refined sugar etc) and it has been gentle and effective. Very mild, low grade headache on day 3 or 4, but now I feel healthy and well. Things have been flowing freely through me, with no issues of constipation or gas. Without getting too much into detail, things are moving more frequently than I am used to, but never in a way that was "urgent" or that interrupted my day. Haven't lost a lot of weight, maybe a pound or two, but overall, it's been good. If nothing else, it has made me think more carefully about what I am putting into my body!

This is certainly one of the best products I've ever used. It left me feeling full of energy and counting off the weeks until it was time to use it again. The second time around, though, I forgot about the recommended tips that made it work so well the first time. They're here: http://perfect-cleanse.com/tips.php. I ate normally, especially lots of meat, and had some of the negative results reported here.
However, as soon as I made my diet heavy on fruits and vegetables during the cleanse, and drank enough water, it became as wonderful as I remembered ... like having a brand new digestive system.
Good Product 2008-04-15
My husband and I both used this product in conjunction with Jordan Rubin's 10 day perfect cleanse eating plan as described in his book Perfect Weight America. That is the way this product is intended to be used. It is unfortunate to see so many bad reviews on a great product. I have been diagnosed with gastrointestinal problems and this product was very safe and gentle and with the menu he explains in his book to go along with the product, I lost 4 pounds and my husband lost an amazing 12 pounds! We both had a little headache and feelings of tiredness during the first three days as our bodies were getting used to the no sugar, no caffeine, no white flour, etc. diet. After day three my energy level skyrocketed and I felt great! You must stick with his eating plan and be drinking 3/4 an ounce of water per pound of body weight while taking this product. I hope this review will help people who are considering a safe and effective way to cleanse their bodies. The plan works but you must have the discipline to follow it.
Total disaster 2008-03-23
This is the worst and most dangerous product I have known so far. My husband took it for only 1 day and got sick. He took 3 capsules 30 minutes before the meal, 1 scoop of powder 30 minutes after the meal and 3 capsules before bed. In the night, he started to have diarrhea, feeling nausea, getting low fever, and feeling very sick. Now I am so worried about his health. This product is a complete nightmare for us. I don't know how such an unsafe product gets permission to be sold in the market.

I had already bought the product when I read the reviews here: Garden of Life - Perfect Cleanse, 1 kit I was a bit alarmed, but then thought that maybe the negative reviews were by people just didn't follow the directions exactly. So, I determined to do that, to be very careful and really give the product a good and fair test.
It was a disaster, to say the least.
Oh, yes, it worked for two days, and then the constipation and bloating started exactly as the other reviewers described. It was miserable. I persisted, thinking that I ought to just give it a chance to work, but it got worse and worse and by day six, I gave up, took some Milk of Magnesia, and threw the rest out.
Aside from the fact that I think it was a waste of money, it could very easily do damage to someone with special medical conditions, known or not. I think it is a dangerous product and ought not to be sold on amazon.
Very poor product 2008-02-11
Like many other nutritional products, this one does not deliver. You'd think after using this product for some days, you'd see a bit of progress. All I got was bloating and trouble sleeping at night. I don't recommend this product at all, but maybe my body is different and is not well suited for this product.
