this grab bar works just fine....great for the slightly unstable person...firm enough to give you support and a feeling of security....easily removed if need be....we never take ours down we use it daily..

Great Product

I used this product to make a rack for my car. I carry a hang glider at top of my car and it needed a front support. I attached the front rack to the suction cups by using a hose clamp around the handle and made a removable front support which I attach to the front hood. It works great.

Well worth the 11.99 each. I bought ths product as I have a heavy glass door without a handle and I thought it would help save my finger nails when opening. Wow - it sure is solid stuck on the glass! Since the suctions are 4 1/2", it is a little large looking for a handle (but this is not it's real use). I bought a second to use as a handle to raise a heavy window which has a top plastic strip that you push on to raise, but which is pulling away from the glass because of the weight. Anyway, again the 4 1/2" suctions are a little large for my particular application - but man do they work! I expect I can find other good uses for them too.
