Powerful Tingles!

The best part of this massager is that it plugs in! No wimpy vibrations here. It's white and clean. It doesn't have a scary shape (or one that I'd be embarrassed by if someone saw it. I've had one in the past and it lasted years so you can be assured that this is quality.
Be careful, might be too much of a good thing.

I have seen this product for quite sometime on television shows and heard whisperings of the power of the motor. Well I finally decided to find out what the big hype was all about. Product delivered quickly and discreetly. However, I was a little taken aback by the following: 1. It is BIG! with a nice weight to it. 2. The motor is loud, extremely loud. (This is definitely in no way discreet. Basically don't use with others in the home for personal pleasure if you don't want to be found out. Even on the low setting, it was loud.) For the readers and reviewers who are using this product as a personal pleasure instrument, good luck very heavy vibrations, can tell that it would be fun but I fear that you might go numb trying. This would normally be a good thing but some areas are more sensitive than others. If using for a massage, it is WONDERFUL, really gets you relaxed.
Far Too Intense

I know everyone swears by the Hitachi Magic Wand as a sex toy, but I tried it *on my shoulder* and found it too intense there. It made my skin itchy and numb. I can't imagine trying it on a more intimate location. (Also, the bulb is pretty big -- fine for massaging a shoulder, lower back, neck, etc., but maybe not so great for ... smaller body parts.) I don't know -- I realize I'm in the minority here, but I'm disappointed. (I gave it three stars because it definitely works -- I would feel bad giving it a lower rating when it operates as advertised.)

I was a 22-year-old who had NEVER had an orgasm before, even though God knows I had tried. I read some reviews of the magic wand and decided to give it a try. This machine has changed my life. This is the most famous vibrator of them all for a reason. It is great for sore muscles as well as an incredible sexual vibrator. It is one of my favorite sexual massagers/vibrators. There are two speeds that are extremely powerful. I love to start out on the low speed then turn it to high as I get more excited. It is very easy to climax to. The attachments are great. They hit the hard to reach places (the g-spot) while simultaneously massaging the clit on the outside.
It also has an advantage that it doesn't have to be hidden if you have kids in the house.

My wife Paula loves this vibrator. It produces the desired result for her very quickly and gently. The entire vibrating surface is soft (similar to a tennis ball), so it feels more pleasant to her than a hard plastic vibrator.
The vibrator feels solid and appears to be constructed well. It's reasonably quiet, considering the amount of power it has.

I recently got this to replace a worn out Hitachi Magic Wand I had for over 20 years. The design hasn't changed at all from my old one.I wish it could run on batteries in addition to electricity. You need to be relatively close to an outlet or dig out an extension cord to use it. The instructions don't promote it as a sex toy,just strictly a massager. But it's great both ways.

I have tried lots of different vibes, but the Magic Wand tops them all. I had to buy a couple for my girlfriends as gifts. I have had this particular vibe for years, until my dog chewed the cord off of it. I intend to buy one just like it again. A must gift for all women!
