Don't be scared by the price!

These are actually good crutches, they are similar to what you would get if you purchased a standard pair from the hospital, I know because I've had both.
Like the other reviewers I was pretty worried about the cheap price tag but I was determined not to get gouged by the hospital again.
The tall set adjusts from 5'10" up to 6'6". I'm 6'5" and have adjusted them down to 6'3" to keep myself from leaning on the armpit rests so much when moving.
These are a great buy if you need crutches.
If you're a heavier individual and lean on the armpits while moving you may want to add some padding as the foam is not very thick.
For my money I am really happy with these crutches, they're sturdy and exactly what I expected.
These are good crutches 2008-04-18
I am 6'6'' and these worked for me after my ACL replacement. They are not comfortable, but no crutch is when you weigh 250 pounds. They held up my weight nicely though, no complaints. They are also very lightweight.
Fabulous crutches 2007-08-23
I injured the ligament in my knee and I needed to take the weight off my leg to give my injured knee time to recover. These crutches are just what i needed. I was very impressed with the quality of the product. It is very easy to adjust to your own height. It is extremely sturdy and gives you a great sense of stability. My injured leg is eternally grateful as I replace it temporarily with these crutches.

Far exceeded our expectations. My wife had a torn miniscus, and the crutches were needed. They are first rate and adjustable in height and for hand grips. You cannot go wrong with these! We are fully pleased with this purchase.

Great crutches for the price 2007-04-03
These crutches are excellent and served me well. The price was so low that I was worried until they arrived and I tried them. They adjusted perfectly and kept me going after foot surgery.
