The microwave is nice. But what most impressed me was how fast it got here! I ordered it at 11 pm sunday night and it was on my porch on Tuesday! Very Happy! Diane
Cooks Quickly and Evenly

This Panasonic replaced a Sharp model that was about six years old. What a difference. First of all, with 1300 Watts, food cooks and heats quicker than with the Sharp 1150. That's to be expected, though. What really sets the Panasonic apart is that it cooks much more evenly than any other microwave I have used. There is less browning around the edges of frozen meals such as Lasagna. Cold spots are much less of a problem. It just cooks better. One caution, though, target cooking times will almost always be less than those printed on the box of the meal you are cooking.
Perfect except for one flaw 2008-05-20
I love my Panasonic. It is fast, powerful, and perfect except for one minor flaw. The window is not easy to see through!! I like to look at what is cooking inside, and the protective shield makes it difficult. If the window were clearer, I'd definitely give it 5 stars!!
Microwave with no view of your food!

Microwave works fine (don't they all?) but hate that you can't see your food inside because of the weird stripes across the door. Totally unnecessary and frustrating. Plus the quick minute requires you to also press start. A little thing, but also annoying. Wish I'd seen the microwave in person before ordering!
So far so good 2008-04-25
I've only been using this new microwave for a month now, so I can't speak to how long it will last, but so far I love it. It looks great, is easy to use, and cooks better than my old one. The manual is easy to follow, but I really haven't looked at it much because the design is so intuitive. And it makes great popcorn - few unpopped kernels and no scorching. Great performance - especially for the price.
Great product, great price 2008-07-02
For how much I spent on this microwave, I couldn't be happier. Had all the features I wanted in a microwave considering my minimalist needs. Great power, cooks a lot faster than I expected it to. Only problem I have is the power level setting isn't as intuitive as I would expect. Other than that one thing, no complaints. Definitely recommend this product.

broke down after 1 month, stay away. But warranty covered it at least, it has been in service for two weeks :(
microwave oven 2008-06-09
My old microwave was 15 years old, and 600 watts. The new 1300 watt Panasonic does all I could imagine and more. I am totally satisfied, and the price was excellent. Amazon's handling of the purchase was perfect. Thank you.
Great Microwave 2008-06-09
This is a great microwave. There are lines across the window, but you can still see what's cooking. It's quiet. Does popcorn perfectly. It's just a very nice microwave with plenty of power and room.
super fast heating 2008-06-09
I have had a 700 watt small micro for a decade, and bounced on the low cost of this super powerful oven- at 3 times the size of my old one, it can take on anything. I have had to reduce power settings so as not to damage small items being heated, but am very pleased!
