The product works well so far. I had to call customer service while programming it. I had no problem reaching a technician who was quickly able to tell me what step I had missed. Received item promptly. Would recommend it.

My old sprinkler control timer was nearly impossible to program and was starting to act very erratically. I got some ridiculous quotes to have it replaced, and I could not find any place where they sold a 12-station unit for less than $150. So finally I decided to look it up here ("I'm sure Amazon is not going to sell a sprinkler timer"), and suprise! It was cheaper than anywhere else. The quality of this box is much higher than the Richdel it replaced, it was extremely easy to install (took less than 10 minutes), and it works just fine. If I had known, I would have done this a year ago.
