Simply Amazing

I simply love this oven. I needed to replace a toaster oven that died and I was looking for something more high tech, high quality, and would work as advertised. The Cuisinart TOB-195 definitely fit the bill. The brushed aluminum look is simply a work of art and the digital panel is a must. I have used this device to cook a variety of foods and they all come out perfect. I don't know how why I lived without this for so long.

After hours of reviews of toaster ovens, I decided to buy this one. It's a great product, it works SO much better than my old Euro-Pro one, but it's still quite noisy at times while cooking. The fan might not be positioned properly, who knows. I wouldn't agree with everyone about how hot it gets, it's not that bad, just don't be dumb and put your hands on the sides, top, or door. Would I buy again, yes.

Best Toaster Oven

This is the best toaster oven I have ever had. It works very well right out of the box. The very first attempt was with frozen bread slices. I set it up for medium toast and told it to defrost. It was perfect. I have also used it for heating previously cooked and frozen buffalo wings and again it worked perfectly.

The only thing I would change is that I would make the timer a stand-alone feature so that it could be used without cooking or toasting.

This gets used more than my big oven!

I shopped and shopped for weeks before making this purchase and I am SO glad I did. I literally use it more than my big dual-fuel convection Kitchen Aid oven. Initially I had a problem with the price. But it was the appearance that won me over even before I realized the product's virtues. I like how the buttons on the front are covered so I can just wipe them clean. I like how it perfectly matches the rest of the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen (especially the door handle).During the summer months, I can get great browning and crisping of almost any food without heating the whole darn kitchen. It heats up a great deal faster, and cools off faster,too. I've used it to broil salmon, bake french fries, pizza and especially appetizers! I get great results because I can keep an eye on things more easily since it is up on the counter. What's really convenient is I can use it to make garlic bread or rolls while something else is in my bigger oven. After a few weeks of use, I did notice that the glass door had discolored somewhat, but I used a damp Magic Eraser on it and it came right off. It worked on the outer edges of the door as well. The broiler pan/rack works great for salmon and french fries. The convection feature alone is worth the money for this oven!

I have been using this product for a little over a month, and have had no problems. It is quiet, and it fits on my counter nicely. It has accomodated toast, tostadas, and toasted sandwiches. It has heated "microwave" burritos and reheated leftovers. I bought it here for about $180, and I am completely satisfied with the product, especially at that price.

Great oven, I am happy with the way it works. The Cuisinart oven is high quality.
But, as with all the Cuisinart appliances I own, the documentation is poor; this is a surprise considering the high quality of the appliances.
Also, the phone help and ordering quality are VERY poor.

Great capacity & design

I bought the Cuisinart TOB-195 and am amazed at its capacity and sleek brushed stainless cabinet. This unit can toast 4-6 slice of bread and back a 12" pizza. It has easy to use preprogrammed dedicated buttons for convection/bake, pizza, toast & bagels. The thermostat is adjustable for any temparture. I purchased this item from ABT and they offered a low price plus free shipping. Cuisinart also has a three year guarantee on this unit and will send you a replacement in the event of a problem. A unit I bought in 2005 became defective and they are sending me a courtesy replacment although it is a couple of months out of warranty. Couldn't ask for more or be more pleased with the product, vendor and company.

An incredible little oven!

We purchased the Cuisinart TOB-195 Convection oven about a month ago, and have used it several times. The results have been flawless. It's very quick to heat up, and maintains a consistent temperature. In convection mode, it's very quiet. Our older convection oven sounded like it was taking off. The controls are easy to use and clean when necessary, and are very intuitive in their usage. This purchase was money well spent.
