Works great

I have had this for a week now and so far it has worked like a charm.Very easy to pair it with my cell phone and I have also paired it with other cell phones with no problem.It picks up my voice very well to place a call or action, rarely do I have to retry the call but it will happen time to time.People on the other side of the call hear me clearly and with out any speaker sounding effect.And I hear them very clearly.It also came with a cell phone holder that you can place on one your air vents in front of you.This is very handy when you place or receive a call you can see who's calling or it displays what you are doing. Amazon has one of the lowest prices for this Blue tooth devise and with free shipping !

Noise cancellation?

I had a few peers recommend the Supertooth Light to me. They boasted about the volume and noise cancellation. I am happy about the volume but folks on the other end of the line definitely hear noise whenever I use it. It almost seems worthless in a car, which was one of the principle reasons that I purchased it. My other BT headset is a Jawbone so maybe I have unrealistic expectations but for now it will be reserved for quiet areas. Still worthwhile when I'm on the road with colleagues and we need to group around a speakerphone: much better than the phone's built-in speakerphone!

Very poor, non existent, customer support

I recently purchased this item because laws in California mandate handsfree usage when in a car. The item looked great and overall got good reviews. When it arrived, it was very easy to pair up with my phone. When I used it though, I could hear people on other end, but they could not hear me. It was very frustrating to hear people then they finally hang up. I went through the pairing process several times with same result. I made sure that my phone was not muted. Same result. I then tried calling support and got a recorded message but was unable to leave a message. Tried emailing support 4 times and got their automated response message. Never did get a response from a human. I even found an email address of someone in marketing - sent them a request to have someone in support call me. No response. I have had to purchase another device (in the ear) to comply with CA law. I will keep trying to contact the company, but in this case, let the buyer beware.

It's kid's toy

It's wasting $ to buy this product. 75% of times it doesn't recognize my voice commands. The other end of phone conversation can hear the loud echo of his or her speaking. It's kid's toy.

This product works great! The volume is loud and clear, and other people didn't even know that I was driving while talking to them.
Awesome unit it is very easy to set up and operate, functions flawlessly with my phones voice recognition feature their is no need to even pull my phone out of its holder or my wife to pull hers it out of her purse. Sound quality is obviously dependent upon the strength in your phones signal, but when the phones signal is strong the audio is loud crisp and very clear. Ive set up my phone to automatically connect to the device as soon as it recognizes it and thats nice because i get in the car push open the microphone and go. Push the talk button and voice recognition is activated and i can call anyone in my phone book with one push of a button.

Blue ant worked great.

The blue ant has worked great. I bought it for my wife, she refuses to wear a BT headset. She really likes the Blue ant, its very easy to use and the battery life is amazing.

EXCELLENT CAR HANDS-FREE DEVICE

THE BLUEANT DEVICE WORKS EXTREMELY WELL....VERY CLEAR AND GOOD SOUND. EASY USE. (I MEAN...GREEN BUTTON = RECEIVE CALL; RED BUTTON = END CALL. + = LOUDER, WELL, YOU GET IT!)

THE ONLY DOWNSIDES TO THIS DEVICE? 1.) EVERYONE IN THE CAR HEARS BOTH SIDES OF THE CONVERSATION, AND 2.) UNLIKE HAVING AN EARPIECE DEVICE, YOU NEED TO CARRY IT OUT WITH YOU IF THE CONVERSATION MOVES FROM THE CAR TO THE STREET (AGAIN, EVERYONE HEARS ALL THE CONVERSATION).

Excellent handsfree speaker system

I bought this for my dad who is technologically challenged. He had an ear piece, but couldn't figure it out. SO I followed Leo Laporte's advice and bought this. Dad couldn't be happier. It works great, the sound quality is good with very little difference between it and the phone by itself. It is very easy to use with the Motorola Razr. Great for long trips.

Great hands free option

I love my new Blue Ant. I could not stand the in ear blue tooth devices. Having this mini loud speaker is great, the battery seems to last for ever. The sound quality has a bit of an echo sometimes but you can still hear what the other person is saying

I've had this speakerphone for about a month now and it is a keeper. I've returned others because people could not hear me because of an echo/or noise. I haven't received any complaints with the BlueAnt.
