I purchased this item because it is the most convenient setup ever! My cell phone used MiniSD cards, and my Digital Camera uses SD cards, and my brother has devices that use MicroSD memory cards. With so many versions of SD, this kit fulfills all my needs! I keep the MicroSD to SD adapte rin my digital camera, and the MicroSD to MiniSD adapte rin my cell phone, and swap out the MicroSD card back and forth, so I can take pictures, then send them to my friends while on the go, without having to go home and download them to my computer!
1 GB is not much, but when you are working with pictures, and need some storage in a pinch, these things are great! My brother stores small video clips on his.
Good Quality, great package of adapters, the only thing I can think of that could be troublesome is that they are getting so small, you have to put them in a larger item to keep from losing them! Mine came in a little case that holds the card and both adapters.

I love this card reader. It makes it so easy to take my mini disk from my phone and plug it straight to my computer. I can load music in seconds and have it on my phone to listen to whenever I want! It's also a nice feature to be able to use the camera on the phone and then easily transfer those pictures to the computer and have easy access to them! Definitely would recommend this to anyone!

1 GB of memory for my phone for under $12? Unbelievable. My first computer had an 80 MB hard drive. 80 MB! And it had Microsoft Word and dozens of other software programs on it. Can you say software bloat? Anyway. Slip this little fingernail sized chip into your cell phone and store images, songs or video. Adapter and chip worked great in my computer to download images/songs and play on my phone, an LG VX8350. The adapter works like it should. Finding someplace to store miniature components so they don't disappear is the biggest challenge here.

bought it for my HD camcorder. Works good for the camcorder.
One bummer for me. My PC does not recognize the card. Fortunately, I can copy pics to the PC by connecting it directly to the camcorder.

Good product. Seems to have decent speed. Had an issue with device not recognizing the card after it was installed. You may want to check the max recommended size for your device before purchasing. After getting the device to recognize the card, I haven't had any issues.
