this small weight can deliver big results in several exercises. I use mine with balance pads and really work my core and all those "little" muscles. The wide handle makes for easy and comfortable use.
poor quality kettlebell

When I recieved the kettlebell I was disgusted. As I unrapped the bubble wrap around, I noticed areddish residue on my hands. Once I had it opened it was extremley evident that the kettlebell was really rusty. I cannot even use it, because of the amount of rust and rusty residue on it!
Love the Kettlebells 2007-06-19
I haven't bought this item from this company; but I have used Kettle bells in the past and love them to death. There are things you can do with these things you just can't do with other weights. The routines are free online all over the place and definately enhance any exercise program in increasing strength, stanima (the Kettle bell circuit will kick your [...]if you've never done it.)and definately a change of pace from doing the same old routine. START LIGHT unless you are experienced in heavy weight training. You don't use these like dumbbells...even if you do, they're not the same. I will be buying from this dealer this payday:Best price I can find.
