This is great! I now test myself before getting into the car to drive home. Use it every time I go out to the bar. Since there is no mouthpiece I tested all my friends too and they were all amazed. Easy to use and I now keep it in the glove box of my car.

I bring it to the bars with me and have a blast every time, people love it, but it might promote drinking..but at least you won't drive.. well designed

I am very satisfied with the accuracy and reliability of this product. Cool look, easy to use, seems accurate. Would be great if the packaging included 2 AA batteries, but I do like the portable carrying pouch that comes with it and also the blue LED lights are an eye-pleasing feature. All in all, I do recommend Bactrack for alcohol testing.

Easy to use (even while drunk) and everyone wants to use it. Works as advertised and seems to be very accurate. I like that you don't have to touch your lips to it. Highly recommended!

I think everyone should have one of these. Its easy and fun to use. The size is great and can fit in you pocket. All of my frinds want one now :)

Probably saved me from a DWI

I bought this a few weeks ago, stuck it in my car and forgot about it. Some friends and I went out to celebrate their anniversary and I thought for sure that when we left the restaurant that we were able to drive home. We all decided to give the bactrack a try and sure enough, we were all around 0.09 which is above the legal limit. We took a cab instead and saw a DWI checkpoint going on a few miles from the restaurant. This baby probably saved us from a DWI and possibly saved our lives. I'll never leave home without it! The Bactrack is perfect for any drinker. I decided to buy them one for their anniversary as well.

I purchased this breathalyzer because I never really knew how many drinks it took to be over the legal limit. So, now I know when it's safe to drive. It works great, so easy to use and I can share with all my friends without having to buy any additional mouth pieces or anything. I took it to the bar with me last Saturday and everyone wanted to use it, they thought it looked like a cell phone.

Negative Recomendation

In my opinion this device serves two key functions. (1) entertaining yourself and friends while at the bar, (2) providing an accurate BAC so that you can get home from the bar both alive and without a DUI. Either these two functions are irreconcilable or this device simply did not work. My friends and I found that the only thing consistent about this device was its inconsistancy. The numbers were all over the place. I would not trust this device before attempting to drive home. Furthermore, without an accurate read it is nearly impossible to settle bets as to who is more drunk. With drinks on the line and a small audience assembled, we were very disappointed in this peice of junk.
