small but awesome

I bought this after getting fed up with the old ball mouses. I am using it with a desktop and the USB cord is NOT in a direct line with the mouse, (something I was worried about) so the remote signal travels very well. I can't believe the difference between this and a ball mouse, this is by far a million times more superior.
My one complaint would be is it is a little small and I am a small woman with small hands. it does feel odd to hold it and I do get sore in my arm because I have to hold my hand different than with a standard size mouse.
Overall it's a wonderful product though.

I like using this mice, it's comfortable enough for long uses, it's light, and the receiver can snap into it. the only drawback is the cheap feeling it has because of all the cheap plastic.

It worked greats. Is little bit smaller for me but still is a great product. Carring bag would have been great with this.

I've had it for a month now and it's really nice. It was simple - plug 'n play, just as it said. I did choose to download the extras from the website (side scroll & zoom capabilities). I like Logitech. This is the 2nd thing I've gotten from them and they work fine. The price was right, too. It's comfy to use. I've no regrets.
Easily broken reciever

At first use, this is an excellent mouse. It moves fast, has a respectable distance, has good resolution and is at an affordable price. If I would have written this review 3 months ago I would have given this product a 5 star rating. After three months of owning the product, the receiver has broken. This receiver is a target for any slight bump that you might encounter when using a laptop. The USB and plastic housing have little resistance to impact and can easily be bent and broken. This is a great product if you are looking to use it on a desktop but on a laptop you should consider something with a more robust receiver.

Logitech V220 - Highly Usable - Nano Transmitter Would Make It Great 2008-05-26
A very usable mouse, if it had a nano sized transmitter, it would be great. Very comfortable, good size, no fancy features, but a great and very user friendly mouse. Good value. If it had a pint sized transmitter, like the nano mouse, it would be great. I have the VX Revolution also, it has more features, but this little mouse is preferred.

When my last cordless mouse bit the dust after only 3 months, and several battery changes, I bought this one with much anticipation. I was not disappointed. The compact size is easy to handle, and it doesn't run out of room on my ergonomic mouse pad, which was a problem with larger mice. It responds well, and while it doesn't have a bunch of added features, I don't need them. I have to say that the fact that it hasn't run out of batteries is a huge bonus, since I am a high volume user, so to speak. There is a feature you can download that tells you how your batteries are doing, and whether it is time to change them. I didn't have a problem with battery installation, but perhaps it was because I was forewarned by other reviewers. I thought it seemed pretty straightforward. The price was great too. if something tragic happened, like my kid dropping it in water or something, I would immediately buy another.

This mouse is awesome. Simply plug into the USB and the mouse works. Not only that, but it is very comfortable. Nice grips along the sides of the mouse adds to its ease of use. Very enjoyable. I've had this mouse for sometime now, and I am still using the battery it came with. So the battery durability is exceptional. If anyone needs a high quality laser mouse, whether it be for a desktop or a laptop, this mouse is it. Love it, simply love it!
