Shipped very quickly

The product does what it's supposed to do. My original tips wore out after around 5 months of medium-heavy use. The seller shipped these very quickly, having sent me confirmation e-mails on what stage the product was in as far as preparing, shipping and handling are concerned as well as providing the tracking number quickly. I would definitely buy from these guys again.
Order never came and then got all goofed up.
