Buyer Beware

I plugged my 2-month-old Sony PSP into this device to charge it and within 5 minutes my PSP had a solid vertical stripe of dead pixels. It may just be coincidental, but I no longer trust this device and would not recommend using it with small electronics that may be sensitive to noisy power.
pretty good, and convenient

I think the only thing wrong with this device is that it didn't live up to the extra 2 hours of battery life for my laptop that I expected, maybe around an hour or so. It also doesn't charge my iPhone via the USB ports, but I don't know whos fault that is (apple or duracell) Otherwise it has proven to be a very useful inverter and power supply. I am so glad they came out with this.
Not bad for the price

I got two when Amazon had them on sale for about $50 each. They work well for some devices, but don't work at all with some power hungry laptops like my Dell Inspiron 9400/E1705. This particular laptop has an AC adapter rated at 80 watts. Although still under 100 watts, the device runs for about 1 second then shuts off. There is also no direct DC output from the battery which would have made it more versatile. But, for $50, it's not a bad deal.
my husband loves it

This was just what my consultant husband needed to keep his phone and his laptop going, especially since he works often in manufacturing facilities without an outlet handy. Great product!
Hours of power...

I have a DS and a PSP and both worked fine with it. I had a little bit of trouble trying to charge my iRiver Clix via the USB port, but I think it might just be the software with the Clix. When my Clix has power and I plug it in, it just says USB connected but it won't charge. However, if I drain all the power from the Clix then it will charge because it never goes into the Clix OS. It is what it is; portable power. It does tend to get a bit toasty when it's being used, so hopefully you have a little leg room where you use it. It is actually smaller than I thought it would be: 5.5 x 3.25 x 1.5 (approximately).
OK but not great

This unit charges my two ipods and my camera as I expected it would. It would not charge my friend's iPhone through the USB port although it would charge through the iPhone AC adapter. It extended my laptop by 30 to 45 minutes -- I had expected more. One thing I didn't like is that when the device itself is plugged into AC, it will not charge anything.
Power on the go

The Duracell DC to AC inverter works great. It gives me about 40 minutes of power for my laptop that lets me run my laptop and charge the battery simultaneously. The end result is that it actually gives you about an additional 70 minutes of run time for a laptop. The package is a compact, low heat rejection device that is well designed with may vents. The 2 USB power ports come in very handy too. I can't wait to try it on a plane.
