Waste of money

I got a couple of these to use at a kids camp. It's more of a novelty for the kids than an effective cutting tool. Cool in concept, lousy in execution. Seems to be based on the idea of a tattoo needle. The loud, hand-held needle punch roughs up the edges--the pieces can't be neatly punched out. Didn't work well on any of the papers included in the kit. This one needs to go back to engineering.

I bought this for my neice for christmas and she loved it. There is a lot of things to make in this kit. My daughter wants one now. Shipping is good, would buy again.

How to frustrate your child

I purchased this product for one of my gradkids. She had a terrible time getting the paper to cut. The perferations didn't go all the way through the paper so didn't really cut it. If you want to totally frustrate your child, buy this product.

Crayola Sparkle Cutter Review

The cutter is more of a perforator, but it does seem to do what it says it will do. I am a little worried about the life of the blade when being used by my 8 yr old. She began by holding the cutter at too much of an angle and the blade seems to be a bit bent. Apparently you need to hold it at a 90 degree angle and you really don't have to push that hard. She also seemed to go too fast and the blade couldn't keep up. Translation - you don't get a good perf and the item you are cutting will tear when you try to separate it.

Not a bad purchase by any means. I just hope it will survive her creative streak!

Our 5 year old is into the artsy and crafty stage. She received this for Christmas and loves it. The idea of a safe way to cut out various shapes without scissors is great. The cutter is very handy for little hands.

My friend's daughter has it as well, and love hers too. We've had it 6 months now and it's holding up just fine. The map opens up for an added bonus. My daughter likes to wear it and sing the backpack song from the show.
	Star Wars Episode III: Darth Vader Voice Changer Helmet Wow, do I ever wish they had this out when I was a kid! I bought it, and my wife, kids and I have all been playing with it. It has a chest box with several buttons that plays about 5 of Darth's quotes from the movies, or you can switch it to voice changer. The voice changer is fun! It has 3 different levels of depth for changing the voice. ... A must for Star Wars Geeks!!!!
