DM5 Pro 2008-08-05
I am not happy with this product right now. Before I rant, I just want to say that this is a great value, the feel of the set is solid and the wide variety of voices is awesome. Couple of issues (and maybe someone can answer my questions).

1. The Hi-hat cuts out every 3rd or 4th hit (even without my foot on the pedal).

2. Where does the second cable go for the Dual Zone Snare?

The manual spends too much time talking about remote triggers for other instruments. I understand the basics of changing voices and creating new drum sets. However, I've sent two requests through their website and I've never received a response and of course, no phone number for tech support. Oh and one more note: on two or three occasions, when playing two fast, the module freezes and I have to reboot. Like I said, I'd feel a lot better if I could get them to support their own product.

The voices are great, the structure is more durable than it looks. I assumed I would have had to replace some little part by now but that's not the case. The triggers work as well, or better, than any electronic set up to $1500 and the pads yield a much more accurate acoustic feel. Great set!

Unbelievable Value! Great for quiet practice. 2008-04-02
I have had this set for about a year now and can't say enough good things about them. When I tell my friends how much they cost, they are in disbelief! What a bargain. There is a good variety of sounds and plenty of room to make your own kits. This set could easily sell for the double the price it currently goes for.
