The product is a great aid for those on crutches and know what a difficult task it is to carry even the smallest of items. I found that this pouch was perfect in size for carrying a small bottle of water (or commuter coffee cup) as well as pens, wallet, cell phone and other small items. There is one major design flaw in that the velcro straps that loop around the side bars are not enough to keep the bag from sliding down. I did however find a simple solution by securing down the straps with a couple of nylon cable ties threaded through the adjustable hand grip holes on the crutch. With that quick fix the bag works perfectly.
