So I first heard about this product on the radio. It was not an advertisement, but the talk show guys talking about the product. So I had to give it a try. And I am very glad that I did, both myself and my roommate love it. And the roommate is a vegetarian, so that makes this product extra special for him. It does everything that it claims to do. It makes stuff taste like bacon. Now, the only reason that it didn't get five starts is that on eggs the bacon flavor is not as strong as it would be if you were really using real bacon. But on everything else, it is awesome. Baked potato, sauces, vegetables, etc. And don't be scared off by the "salt" part in the name. It has more bacon flavor than salt flavor so you can go a little wild with the stuff. Give it a try, you will like it and you will not be dissapointed!

I really suspect that these most of these reviews were created by the company's employees or their friends/families. I mean almost all the reviews were made in a 24 hour period between Dec 5th and Dec 6th. It just looks very suspicious to me to see these reviews given my experience with the product.
I purchased this product based on these stellar reviews and was not impressed at all. I found it to be a salty seasoning loaded with MSG that does not even come close to resembling bacon. I do not recommend this product to anyone. While you might be curious about Bacon Salt based on the reviews, my advice is to do yourself a favor and save the $12-13 instead of setting yourself up for a letdown by purchasing this product.

Wow! Bacon Salt is the most amazing seasoning I've ever tasted! For me, it's even better than orgasm! I've never enjoyed such rich, bacony goodness in all my life! From now, I'm going to sprinkle Bacon Salt on everything I put in my mouth...no, not sprinkle, but generously pour! Once again, I just can't believe how much Bacon Salt tastes just like real bacon!!!

I have been a vegetarian for 19.5 years and one thing that "veggie" meat has never gotten down well is bacon flavor. Oh they have tried, and some of it does taste good...but it isn't the real thing, and it doesn't work IN things. Luckily I moved to Seattle and learned about bacon salt. OH MY GOD! It's BACON!!!

I have only had the peppered variety, but I tell you...since I bought it I have used it in nearly everything savory. Spinach, eggs, refried beans, my hand....delicious!
and it's Kosher too, so no worries there either.

Incredible seasoning to use on anything....I just had a oregano salami & beecher cheese grilled sandwich and sprinkled the bejebus out of it w/ this salt designed by geniuses. I am going to send some to everyone that I call a friend for christmas.

I dont normally leave reviews on Amazon but I feel compelled. Bacon Salt tastes really fantastic. Have you tried it? I cannot decide which one I like better between peppered or original. It is best on meats, potatoes, and eggs. The other night I experimented by putting some on my macaroni and cheese and even that tasted good. All I have to say is just taste it!

So I think I'm addicted to this Bacon Salt stuff. I find myself trying it on everything I cook and I'm almost never disappointed. Try big thick slices of tomatoe with the peppered. Your best bet is to buy the 3 pack so you can get each flavor and expirement with your taste buds. This would be a hit at your Christmas party or office gift exchange. Get some for your kitchen and give it as a gift. You won't be disappointed!

Who would have guessed you could have all the love of bacon on all your fav foods. I want to make sure you understand that this could be the greatest flavoring ever invented. I have now used it on eggs, potatos, all green vegtables, even salids, hot wings, chicken, fish, steak, pork, soups, and my #1 choice popcorn. Please dont second guess yourself. Buy it, try it, share it with loved ones. Your mouth will thank you.

Ever since I first heard of Bacon Salt I knew I needed to have some. I have placed more orders than I can count and have given it to friends and family for months. It makes a great gift to have on hand for a casual party when you aren't sure what to bring. I try to have a supply at home for last minute host gifts, gag gifts, birthday parties and whenever someone needs a smile.
It really does taste like bacon (the Original is my favorite) and a little goes a long way in recipes. One of the best things about Bacon Salt is trying it on everything and finding the strangest combinations that actually taste good. So far I think Nutella and Bacon Salt wins that prize.

phenomenal!! Why didn't I think of this!?!?!! Love it on baked potato, corn on the cob, salads, eggs, avocado, green beans... I think the hickory is my favorite flavor, but they are all so good! Oh also actually good on popcorn too! really just about anything. Perfect stocking stuffer I just bought some for the whole family! You have to try it!
