Love it

I purchased a number of Creative Zen Micros (for myself and family members) in the past, and the user interface worked well with some and very poorly with others. Therefore, I wanted to buy a player with a very reliable, user-friendly human interface. I purchased the iRiver Gen2 Clix and have been extremely pleased with its interface. However, after a few months of use, the screen suddenly became very dim and unreadable. I called iRiver and they fixed the problem promptly and I haven't had a problem since (3 months later). I would purchase this product again and highly recommend it.
Works but not very attractive

This armband works well and is sturdy. The openings and buttons accomodate the iClix. My reservation is that it always looks dirty. The black case is covered with a coating of grey fuzz no matter how often I brush it off or try to clean it.
Armband is too small for a big guy...

I work out at the gym and that's were I use my clix. The MP3 cover is fine, it holds and protects the clix, but the armband is made for people with very skinny arms and I can't use it. Luckily, I still had my old armband from my last iRiver player, so I use that now. Small people and women won't have a problem, but I'm no Arnold Schwarzeneggar and it won't fit on me.
If you're a big guy like me (no I'm not fat, just tall and built) you probably will have to get another armband in order to wear it comfortably.
Great Case, Small Armband

I bought the black case and it works just fine to protect this gem of a mp3 player. I normally just use the case with no belt, armband, strap. It is simply a good way to protect the unit. The armband is very small, I could wear it on my wrist I guess, but anything above the elbow won't work. The belt clip works without any issue. The hold button is hard to access, but I doubt any case would be easier. It is fairly close to the player so any case will make it harder to use.
All in all a great way to protect your clix without making it any bigger or bulkier.
not worth it

this product is pointless. It won't protect the lcd surface and it basically prevents the actual use of the product controls.
Armband made for a 10-year old

I was happy with the silicon case and the price, however the armband won't even fit around my forearm, it's so small. Luckily, the case works with a different armband I had, so am content for now.
Nice addition to a great Mp3 Player

The black silicon cover is a nice addition to the iRiver Clix.
I hope it will protect my Mp3 player too. I also hoped that my Swatch Guard would protect my Swatch.
The drawbacks I have noticed:
- lint clings to it like white cat hair to a black sweater
- the hold button is not accessible - it might be helpful to grow one of your fingernails longer if you want to utilize the hold feature.
- the arm band is all but useless, unless your arm muscles have complete atrophy and are no bigger in circumference than five inches. And then don't flex your tiny little biceps.
Nice case

No problem with this case cover except that the ear for a lanyard is a little soft and stretchy. Other than that, it fits the player nicely and all the controls and the usb and audio outlets are accessible. You'll have to fumble a little with the hold switch, though, but I think that's no big deal.
armband

Works as advertised even when running. Could be a little stiffer material but player design may prevent that.
Nice addition

I love my iRiver Clix2. It is small, works well, and sounds great. Sometimes the size can be a disadvantage. When sitting in a cramped seat on an airplane, where do you put it?
Problem solved. This adjustable armband is the answer. The cover is snug with all the buttons and holes exposed properly. The lock/unlock slide switch it a bit hard to access. I'm also concerned about how long the rubberized material will last.
The armband is large enough to work in most places. I wrap it around my forearm near the wrist on airplanes, above my elbow when working out, and on the front of the cup holder near the dash when in the car (I purchased the FM adaptor as well).
All in all, a good purchase.
