Great dietary aid

I love this product (although I recently got an e-mail from Amazon that it is no longer being manufactured, thus cancelling my subscribe & save agreement). I have a large drink "jug" and mix this with a "red" crystal light flavor and sip on it all evening since I go caffeine-free after about 3 p.m. It helps me feel satiated and tastes good. Glad I ordered a bunch before it went out of stock.

I think through you guys this product is affordable and the taste is great and smooth. I really enjoy these when I am over drinking water. I just found out that this product isn't a part of the subscribe and save program so I am a little sad.
great between meal snack for dieters

As a gastric bypass patient, I'm always looking for "snacks" that are either "low in calories, high in protein," etc. and this fits both bills. Even has 5 grams of fiber, and who CAN'T use more of that in their lives, huh?

Taste was quite strong and left a bad after taste in my mouth. My friends did not even like the taste. I ended up throwing these out.

Let me begin by stating that my usual drink is water. I also drink unsweetened coffee and tea and rarely drink juice or soda. This may be why I found this mix too sweet. The actual flavor is fine, but if you put the entire pouch in only 16-20oz of water as directed, it is hard to finish. I tried to put the whole pouch into 32oz of water and still found that it was sweet. I have finally settled on a 1/2 pouch for 32oz of water. Unfortunately, that's not going to get me my 5 grams of fiber and protein quickly to curb any hunger. So I think I'll just drink the rest of my packs for flavoring rather than hunger curbing and stick to other lean proteins to take care of that.

After about 3 months of daily drinking this I can say it has positive health benifits. New research says diet sodas can lead to medabolic syndrome. Not what you want when you are trying to lose weight.
It also has positive digestive benifits if you get my drift. The taste is awesome.
Great help for high protein diets! 2008-04-27
I drink the Special K20 protein water mix in the afternoon -- just about the time I find it difficult to stay on my diet. It has been a "diet-saver".
Refreshingly satisfying 2008-03-16
I like the lemonade flavor and there is no icky aftertaste. This is a great way to quench your thirst and fend off the munchies at the same time. When mixed as instructed I think it is a little too sweet for my taste, although I don't really like sweets to start with. I usually mix one packet of this with 32oz of water so it is not so sweet for me. By the time I finish that, I am full for about 4-5 hours. One little packet gives you 5 grams of protein and only 30 calories. This is also more economical that purchasing the premixed bottled of protein water. Since I am always carrying a bottle of water, I can always dump a packet of this in if I want something different.
Best Drink Mix, Seriously 2008-03-15
K2O is by far one of the greatest drinks out there - easy to mix, dissolves amazingly well, very healthily... and it tastes great! Each packet contains a nice 5g of both Fiber & Protein, both of which us most people don't get enough of these days. Pink Lemonade is the second best flavor, unanimously between myself and 3 of my friends.
Best diet drink and NO artificial sweetners! 2008-03-09
I bought the Strawberry Kiwi power mix. It seemed expensive until I realized that I only need half for my water bottle. It is refreshing, has a great taste and best of all -- no Equal or Splenda or other fake chemical sugar -- which all give me headaches.
I was drinking bottled water all day any way and now it also helps me curb my hunger cravings til my next meal. I am going to buy the other flavors. It is also easy to carry with you so you can add to water you get at restaurant -- saves on the cost of the meal by eliminating the drink cost!
