Fantastic vacuum cleaner

Bissell 3920 Pet Hair Eraser Dual-Cyclonic Upright Vacuum Cleaner This vacuum cleaner lives up to its name. It does a fantastic job of picking up ALL the cat hair. I couldn't believe there was so much left on the carpeting from my other relatively new vacuum cleaner. The easy to empty chamber is a big plus. I'm so glad I bought it!!! It arrived well before the estimated date of arrival,too. Thanks,Amazon and Bissell.

After reading all the positive reviews on this vacuum cleaner I decided I would go ahead and purchase it. I had a chair covered in cat hair (from one big fluffy kitty) and I could not get it all removed and I was even thinking of throwing the chair out. Also I got a new kitten (9 weeks old) a week ago and she was EATING the cat hair on the furniture so I had to find something to get all the cat hair before she turned into one giant hairball. Well no more, one swipe of the motorized brush attachment, the cat hair was GONE. I was stunned. I also went over my carpet with the new vacuum cleaner after I used my old vacuum cleaner, and I still got lots of car hair, dirt, and dust. My carpet does look a lot better too. Fresher and newer.

The Pet Hair Eraser was fairly easy to put together, we got it together in less than 20 minutes. The vacuum is heavier than my old one (its about 5 years old and its an upright Eureka) but if it gets in the carpet and gets all the dirt so be it. Its not so heavy though where its hard for me to maneuver the vacuum but of course its also bigger too. I love all the attachments that came with it too. The kitten is not afraid of the Pet Hair Eraser, although the resident cat is.

I highly recommend the Bissel Pet Hair Eraser.

I bought this sweeper 6 months ago. At first, the sweeper was amazing. I couldn't believe how well it worked. Now, the brush won't spin. I have burber carpet and have to set the height to "shag" to get the brush to spin...so...I'm off to the service center 40 miles away and I am really hoping Bissell will stand behind it's products. I really should have spent the extra $150-200 for a Dyson. I would never recommend this sweeper to anyone.

Best Vacuum Ever!

I was concerned after some of the reviews, but needed a powerhouse vacuum for dog hair everywhere. This is the one. I have hardwood floors and carpet and it cleaned better than any vacuum I've ever owned. Got all the hair off of our couch, too. I love the attachments tucked into their own little spaces right where I can use them as needed. Researched for cheapest price and this was it; free shipping, no tax:a no-brainer. Had no issues with putting it together, the sound, or being too heavy like others mentioned. My husband is even impressed with it; I'd never pay $500 for a vacuum cleaner, but I don't think you need to with a super vac like this one.

I have two dogs-a yellow lab and a corgi. This year seems to be the year of the constant shed..dog hair everywhere!!! I saw this vaccuum commercial on TV with the people wrapped in plastic to solve their pet hair problem...I thought about it..but then I saw the vaccuum and thought it was worth a shot. I LOVE this vaccuum. You can't believe how much dog hair is in your rugs and all the hidden dirt too! The furniture attachments work great as does the stair attachment. The vaccuum is lightweight and easy to move around. I finally found a vaccuum I use often because it actually works. I've tried many vaccuums thru the years and an finally thrilled to find one that actually does what it says it does! Thank you Bissell!!!!!!!!!!

5 star vacuum

I bought this vacuum after I read the reviews from this website, and I was right, it does exactly what it says, all the pet hair was cleaned from my carpet and wood floor, I have a golden retriever dog and he sheds all the time, and this vacuum did the job. Some people mentioned that it is heavy and noisy, not at all, the noise is normal and even lower than my old Hoover, and the weight is also normal for an electric vacuum is its size, I gave it 5 star because it cleaned my house really good.

The best money you will ever spend

WOW, WOW and WOW!!! Purchased from Target for $149 and got a free $20 gift card. This vac is the best ever. I have two dark colored 9 x 12 rugs and a 115 lbs. yellow lab. In ONE pass over ONE rug I filled the canister 2 1/2 times!! These rugs now look new. Before they looked like they were ready for the dumpster. I put the vac together in 15 mins. My 11 and 13 year olds were amazed and took over the vacuuming. My son marveled over the design and how everything fits on the unit. The kids vacuumed walls, blinds, drapes and sofas. I got my money back alone from their cleaning frenzy. My only regret is that I didn't have this sooner because my husband and son have allergies. I felt so badly seeing all of that debris in the wastebasket thinking how filthy those rugs were and how that filth might have affected their allergies even more. It is self-propelled and works very well on hardwood. Get the Pet Eraser!!

Great for pet hair!

I bought this vacuum based on reviews I had read. They are right! It picks up dog hair with ease -- much better than other vacuums. It also seems to pick up a lot more dirt as well. So far, it is one of the best vacuums I have owned.

So Far, We Like it!

We have only had this vacuum for about a month, but it seems to be very good. It picks up tons of pet hair, and leaves the carpet fluffy and soft. We had a Bissell prior to this, and it died right after the 1 year warranty was up, so we'll keep our fingers crossed on this one!
