Buy Brand Name

I purchased this TV based on other reviews, it had some good reviews and for the most part it may be a decent TV, but if you do get a bad one, Sceptre customer service is the worst, other than dead pixel this TV had a good picture the problem was there was an intermittent problem when the TV had been off for a few hours,when you turn it back on it would only have sound and no picture, you have to turn it off and back on to get a picture. I called their customer service and had convince them something was wrong with my TV, It is obvious to me their priority is to do all they can to keep from providing customer service when you have a problem they go way beyond what is reasonable when trying to help solve a customer service problem I believe their goal is to get you to accept a defective product. After trying uneducated trouble shooting tips from their customer service rep, he finally agreed to allow me to ship it back for repair. After about a week and a half I got the TV back with the same problem NO REPAIR HAD BEEN MADE,and there was a bonus, they failed to return the power cord back with the TV. Please learn from my mistake, don't take a chance, buy a name brand TV, this company is a joke, you get what you pay for. BUYER BEWARE!!
