Bummer - doesn't work with Vista 2008-07-10
Does not work. Gave 2 stars because at least the company returned my call and took time to explain that if you have Vista you have to use a Quicktime version from five years ago (!). I did that and it worked... but then you have QT complaining constantly AND a lot of websites don't work. Oh, it also doesn't work if you have ITunes, so have to delete that (and all you tunes) from your computer. Sheesh!

this makes it easy enough for a young person to do the work, but it takes an adult to supply the structure and to explain some more intricate issues.
