original chi is better

I purchased this flat iron because I wanted to cut down on drying/flat-ironing my hair. I normally use a large round brush (long hair) and then flat iron with the orig Chi. I seem to have less shine to my hair when using the Wet to Dry. It also pulls my hair slightly due to a ridge on the flat iron surface, which may lead to more damage. I am not completely dissatisfied with the product but I started to style using my round brush and orig Chi iron again. I may use the Wet to Dry here and now but not on a regular basis, especially since it didn't seem to cut much time off of styling.
WARNING - WARRANTY VOID IF PURCHASED ONLINE

I have had this iron for two weeks shy of a year. The iron stopped working. I thought, "Great! Finally something actually breaks down two weeks BEFORE the warranty runs out instead of two weeks after!" After contacting Farouk, I learned that the warranty is VOID if the product is purchased over the internet. This was in no way, shape, or form disclosed to me when I purchased my iron. DO NOT BUY!! WAY too much money to drop on a flat iron that doesn't even have a valid warranty!

the product is owrth the cost, makes your hair shinny and soft and straight without hassle, my wife brought it and tried on my hair, it was straight in no time and became very shinny as well.. worth the cost.

I ordered this product after my hair stylist used it on me when I was at the salon. It works really well on my very wavy hair. I definitely recommend this product and the company I ordered from.
