Clever articles 2008-04-14
At first I wasn't very excited about this magazine. If you're looking for relevant, informative articles about raising your children, you might want to look elsewhere. If, however, you're looking for an escape and eager to find something a little different from your typical parenting magazine, Wondertime is it. I love the clever stories and intelligence and silliness of this magazine. It's also the only parenting magazine my husband will read. I'll definitely be renewing.

Great, relevant articles 2008-04-07
Wondertime is one of the best magazines for parents. It covers a broad range of topics in each issue and prints articles of varying length so that you can read articles based on how much time you have at your disposal each sitting. I like the template pullouts that allow for "do it now/ quick" projects, like interviewing your child about their favorite holiday.

Great Magazine 2008-03-27
I really enjoyed this magazine. There are quite a few adds but I think with time that will go away. Great Mag.

Mommy Friendly 2008-02-21
After taking a leap and picking a new magazine for myself for Christmas, I was delighted for the result. This magazine is a fresh look at kids and being a parent. The articles are useful and insightful. I also love that there is a modern selection of advertising in the magazine. There is plenty for everyone with children of all ages.

Wondertime is wonderful! 2008-02-10
I am currently reading my 3rd magazine in my subsciption and I just love it! It has great, accessible ideas. It doesn't try to convince me that I need to buy pricey things and introduces me to new topics I'd never thought of, written in a witty and articulate way that always seem to make me smile. This last one suggested painting with flowers and taking a geocaching hike with your family - I'd never heard of that before. Everything is geared towards younger children and how they learn. Even the recipes tell you what to have your kids do. And there aren't any more ads than in any other magazine out there. I think it is the best parenting mag out there - and I have a lot of them!

Magazine that highlights the wonderful things of parenthood. 2008-06-07
I like this magazine because it has a very calm, laid back approach, and encourages parents to enjoy all the little wonderful things of being a parent.

Ok Magazine 2008-05-30
I ordered this magazine since I could get it for $5. It is just ok. Many of the articles don't interest me. My daughter is only 3, but I still feel like most of the articles are aimed towards infants.

Why so sour on advertisements? This is a great mag. 2008-05-26
It kills me the other reviewers are complaining about ads in magazines. As a writer, I can tell you lots of advertisements are a sign of a healthy magazine. The amount of text you get in the book is directly related to the number of ad pages. Fewer ad pages=fewer articles. Don't whine about the advertising. If you want magazines to stay around, get over it.

As far as the magazine, this, to me, is the publication for "thinking" moms. Wondertime infuses the real experiences of motherhood with everything from deep reflections to fun learning activities. If you have an attention span that likes articles longer than a page or two and that doesn't need to be spoon-fed every idea with tons of graphics and little "bite sized" articles, you'll love Wondertime.

Not for me 2008-05-25
This magazine has very little content as far as I am concerned. I like all of the sweet pictures and poems, but I am looking for more meat in my parenting magazines, like activities for different age groups, and common issues that moms have. I also think this is geared towards parents with money to burn, some of the recommended products are pretty steep for the average family.

Refreshing Parenting Magazine 2008-04-18
Wondertime contains the right mix of interesting, refreshing articles about being a real parent. I find the writers to be relatable and more like real people then those represented in some other parent focused media. I didn't find the number of ads to be any higher than other magazines. A fun read.
