like the rubber

Shipping was fast and efficient. I had used the dragon... kettlebell before using this product so I had to adjust to the powdercoating on the KB rather than the smooth slick coating on other KB. Actually like the powdercoating since it doesn't get as slippery when my hands begin to sweat during the workout. The rubber bottom prevents the KB from scratching the floors or leaving any type of marks, good for working out in places that aren't gyms.

Well made and nicely balanced

The handle is a nice size, not too fat and not too thin. The bells themselves are nicely balanced. The only thing I would change is the rubber bottoms.

I got my 1 pood (16 kg, 35 pd) kettlebell less than a week ago.

Simply put, I love it! I have been hearing about the kettlebell frenzy for quite a while, and now I know why.

It is fun, and works.

A word for internal martial artists: unlike standard workouts, kettlebells can be used proficiently for neigong.Just go to youtube and look for the basic "swing" exercise: excellent training for your core.

Buy them and be happy

PS Careful though: if you do not know what to do, you may injure your back (and shoulders too)
