Great for soothing the hand muscles

Love the product, I do not have good circulation in my hands. This helps keep the blood flowing, easy to grab for a quick excerise. I keep it by my desk at work. Now days with the use of the mouse vs. the key board, you hand does not get the work out it used to, and you fingers numb out. I enjoy the light resistance vs. the heavy duty one. It doesn't tire out my hands as quick, therefore I can increase the blood flow with quick small moments. And it have a semi-soft rubber grip that helps keep in place on your palm for comfort. Plus it help with the fingers dexterity, great for internet junkies.
