It's wider than the pre-formed cuff and took a little getting used to. It doesn't pinch like the other cuff and can be used on other members of the household since it's adjustable.

We are monitoring my husbands blood pressure at home and he needed the bigger cuff. Having the correct cuff size made this task much easier. The new cuff attached to our machine with no trouble and has made a huge difference.
