Billy does it again!

I love this workout! You work every muscle in your body, the lower body workout is intense, you feel everything from calves to quads. The maximum power works up a goood sweat with the new challenging red bands. These bands will really kick your butt! The music is very upbeat and motivating and Billy, Shellie and the team are very encouraging. I recommend this workout to everybody and I am definitely getting the rest in the series.

Billy, I bought your original Taebo workout tapes when they came out in 1998 and then later I bought your fat blasting/burning combo. I love them all. My wife and I work out to them religiously; however, I had problems both times I bought from you. The first time a charge of $75.00 appeared on my credit card that I didn't authorize. The second time a similar incident occurred. I just ordered your BootCamp Elite and it doesn't even give me a printable receipt page and when I call customer service all they can say is they won't even see the order for 3 days. So I don't have a tracking # or receipt but my bank shows the money is already drafted from my account. Then you charge $15.00 for Fedex Ground shipping and your website says 10 to 15 business days for delivery. What's up with that? I emailed customer service and they didn't email me back. I'm not very happy with your customer service; in fact, I don't even know why you call it customer service. It should be called customer disservice.

I loved it....the only ones I stay away from now are the get started mission (easy for me now) and the mission 3 abs....for some reason I was never able to do mission three without serious pain in my back and the bands cutting into my skin...left bruising a couple of times.
I use fat blasting cardio and mission 2 ALL THE TIME....8 min is good too, sometimes I use it prior to a workout

I have been buying and using workout dvd's for years. This workout is the best I have used, but it is not for the faint hearted....It's tough, but you will see the results if you stick with it.

This set is a wonderful. It keeps you motivated. They give you good form, and make you sweat hard. I look forward to the challenge, and I feel proud of myself after I complete a workout.
Included is a free diet plan too. I would suggest you consult your doctor and listen carefully to everything Mr. Blank says. Listen to your body and if there is any pain, then stop.
After the first week I felt great. Now a month later I notice the difference. I am slowly burning the fat and I sleep better at night. My moods are better too. A friend remarked I was looking better too.
Even if you only do it to feel better then you get your money's worth. Buy these DVDs. It takes about 40 minutes a day. That's one less sitcom or standing in line to order a cheeseburger.
The programs are meant to be personal too. Motivation comes from the feeling of accomplishment one leg kick and punch at a time.
boot camp elite 2007-05-13
I am really enjoying the boot camp eilite series of dvds. I think the mission 1 dvd was a little too slow, but maybe b/c I already know the moves, & it is more of a teaching dvd. Otherwise, the mission 2, and abs dvd are really great for fat burning.
Billy Whips You Into Shape 2007-01-31
Billy does it again! I actually prefer the older bands to the elite ones, I like the weights but they make them awkward to control. However, the maximum power workout is unbelievable! Forget lifting weights this will get you into shape! As another customer said buy it on his website. He sells a big box with like 8 videos, a cook book and the Billy Bands. You will get a major work out from these videos, but I wouldn't recommend this set for beginners. I have been kick boxing for over 10 years. Many people give up if they start with something too difficult. You should get a feel for the sport before diving into billy banks. Not only may you get discouraged but you could hurt yourself. Try Kelli Roberts Kickboxing for Dummies or Janis Saffel's Quick Fix Cardio Kickboxing. The set they have online does have a beginners workout but you'll get more out of the other two I recommended.
