I bought this for my wife, and she said it works pretty good. The only issue is you really can't feel any heat.

I have a lot of neck pain from working in a office position. When I saw this product I thought it would delivery what it was designed for. Well, the heating part of this unit does not heat at all. The rotating parts go round and round, but there isn't enough movement to handle the entire neck area and it's not as comfortable to lay on as you might think it should be.
I would have returned this item in a heartbeat if I could have. The company who advertised this item through Amazon has a horrible return policy, if you could call it that. I will have to be very careful and very sure of an item before I decide to order anything on-line again.

Love the product. Very convenient to get a massage while watching TV. And the heat feature makes it Feel sooo good. The whole Family loves it. You can take it any where you go. It came in as expected quickly for the Christmas holday. I highly recommend it for the upper back and neck.

I bought this product for my wife for christmas and she loved it. I thought it would probably be one of those things that you use every once and awhile, but we use it almost every night. It's a great way to relax while you watch t.v. or read a book.
