Excellent workout and noticing a difference...

After working out on the uint for several weeks I have seen a difference in my level of flexibility and it has been a nice addition to my cardio and strength workouts. I first started using vibration therapy at my chiro's office.

Really interesting to get on the unit and stretch to touch your toes...after about 20-30 seconds of the unit being on you will gain a couple of inches of reach.

I like this unit more than the other units I tried because it does not vibrate as quickly which the other models caused pain for me when I used the units. I also really like the vibration pattern because it goes all directions and I can feel more in my core than I could on the the unit at my chiro's.

Great unit and nice compliment to my home gym. I would recommend this unit.

great vibration plate

I received my machine, put it together and I'm very impressed with it. Well built. I like the way the vibration plate vibrates. The plate actually vibrates, unlike the others that only go up and down, It actually moves in three directions.
I'm also amazed at how quiet and powerful this machine is.
Very easy to put the few parts together that's required.
This is a fantastic machine.

fun workout

I love working out on this plate,it is easy to operate,my flexibility and muscle strength increased a lot. The workout itself is not exhausting at all,it is fun and it became a part of my daily routine.
For all questions I had, the customer service was very helpful, always got satisfying answers.As a massage therapist I can highly recommend this plate. It is very well made, easy to handle and if used regularly, you get results quickly.
