Editorial Review
Fox Searchlight Picture’s December 2007 coming-of-age comedy Juno, directed by Jason Reitman (Thank You For Smoking). The narrative centers on whip-smart Juno (Ellen Page, in a breakthrough role), a teenage girl faced with an unplanned pregnancy from an afternoon with the charmingly unassuming Bleeker (Michael Cera). Juno finds her unborn baby the perfect set of parents in Mark and Vanessa Loring (Jason Bateman and Jennifer Garner), an affluent suburban couple who are eager to adopt. Along with the total support of her parents, (Allison Janney and J.K. Simmons) Juno conquers her problems head-on, displaying a youthful exuberance that is both smart and unexpected. The film was an official selection at this year’s Telluride, Toronto, and London film festivals and received the Best Film award at the Rome International Film Festival. The soundtrack to Juno mixes classic rock favorites with indie-rock gems.

Cute, like the movie

I don't think these songs will stand the test of time, but they catch the feeling of kids making music, just like the good movie of Juno was fresh and young.

I really enjoyed this CD. I would reccomend it to anyone thinking of buying it.
Great summer driving album

My wife and I really enjoy the whimsical nature of this music. It's a nice break from what we're used to. If you insist on your music having only people with great singing voices, this album is probably not for you, though. The songs are catchy and the lyrics are interesting, but it's definitely not a "pop" or "top 40" album.

Quirky Greatness
2008-06-10
This CD is chock full of humorous lyrics and catchy tunes, plus a little bit of indie spirit to get you feeling Juno-esque. It's great for car rides and just listening to on your ipod, with your sweatshirt hood tossed over your head as you walk down the sidewalk. If you've seen the movie, it's great to relate the songs to the corresponding scenes, which makes "Anyone else but you" all the more sweet.
I love this music!

Such a unique, playful and sweet mixture of songs. A great mix of old and new, just right for listening. It introduced me to Kimya Dawson and the Moldy Peaches and reminded me of my love for Mott The Hoople's "All the Young Dudes" and the Kinks. Wow, I love it.
Folksy andmakes me want to learn guitar

A lot of good folksy tunes mixed in with some indie tunes on this album. Makes me want to learn how to play guitar.
