Have purchased several of these to give to clients. Nice quality, no cap to get lost, indicator light confirms connection.
Just what the Dr. ordered

I have used(still use) Kingston flash drives in the past. No surprise that this product lived up to my expectations. Fast data transfer and very easy to use. Love the retractable tip. No pre-loaded apps. I can always password folders and files if needed.
Ready to use in Windows Vista Home Premium

Got this flashdrive for free when I signed up for the Amazon Prime. Have no problems using it since then, and it's ready to use once you plug in to the computer. The only annoying part is the retractable USB plug, which seems to be useless because the USB connector would pop back out when I put the flashdrive in my pocket. Overall, it's still a nice accessory to carry around in your pocket.
Very spiffy

This is my first purchasing a usb flash drive
I got the red 2 GB version
I mainly bought it to transfer files from my old and busted computer to my new hotness laptop so speed is important to me and this one didn't disappoint me
It took a few trips but it got the job done
I run Vista on my laptop so it surprised me when it gave the option to perform ReadyBoost
The slider is a nice feature
Don't have to worry about caps not that I ever had to worry about those in the first place lol
I love how the green light flashes when it's in use
It tells me when ReadyBoost is doing its thang and doesn't just sit there looking pretty
Small and cute.

This 1G is perfect to transport files. Smaller than a Bic lighter, it goes anywhere.
Love these things

This was the first time I've used a flash drive. I used it to transfer files from one laptop to another. It worked like a gem. Quick and easy. Just what I was looking for.
good choice!

I just wanted a functional flash drive and that's what I got. It's detected quickly when plugged in, has a good transfer rate and does not have annoying software already installed. A reviewer mentioned it did not have software to secure it but that's not a big drawback because I can password protect the content(folders).Overall, I'm happy with it's performance.
So Far So Good

This Kinston flash drive seems to work just fine. When inserted in the USB port it automatically opens a window on the monitor showing the contents of the drive. One caveat however, the drive letter serving that port had better be free or the Kingston won't work. I had initially assigned that drive letter to a Network Attached Storage backup so the Kingston wouldn't load no matter what I tried. I e-mailed Kingston support and one of their suggestions was to check that the port drive letter was not already in use. Sure enough it was; I reassigned the NAS to another drive letter and the Kingston has been working perfectly every since.
Excellent product for the price

I don't do a lot and don't need a lot re: my computer. But a friend suggested the Kingston b/c of it's reliability and the retractable connector. It's doing everything I need it to!
