Was not my first choice..but I'm glad I got it...lacks bluetooth but works well...fast and hasn't given any problems..love the smooth ceramic finish..

Antes que nada felicito al grupo de amazón por el buen servicio que dan al cliente, La Laptop que recientemente adquirí ha trabajado excelente, originalmente, venia con Windows Vista home, se lo cambie a Windows vista Business y todos los controladores los encontré en la página de HP (Para vista), miré en los controladores para xp pero no estan completos faltan algunos en esa sección, esta computadora tiene una particíon en la que trae el Recovery, permitiendo quemarlos ya sea en CD o DVD, eso esta buenisimo, la tarjeta de video y los gráficos se ven muy bieb, la transferencia de archivos por medio de los puertos usb es bastante rápida, los 3 GB de memoria que tiene hacen que sea rapida, inclusive teniendo programas instalados que consumen mucha memoria.

I am in the active military and am currently deployed to Africa. My wife asked me to get her a pretty laptop to communicate back to me on IM, so I decided to go with this one. Man, did I make a great decision! The item came faster than I expected and my wife was very pleased with the look and performance of this HP. HP did a great job with this model. Perfect for email, pictures, videos, school work, instant messenger (because of the clear built in camera) and impressing your friends with it's stylish look.
fast graphics but not extremely fast otherwise 2008-06-30
I was hoping for a little bit better operating speed but the graphics card makes up a plenty for 3D games. I run Flight Simulator X and it runs smooth at all but the very highest settings and then it is only a little jerky.

A Good Computer For Teenagers 2008-06-10
I use a Dell (my work computer) but when I wanted to buy a laptop for my two teenage daughters I picked this one. It seems to have enough features for them to enjoy now, and it probably should last them 2-3 years (seems to be the life expectancy of a laptop, at least for me). They play a lot of video games on it and the processor is fast enough to keep up with the graphics.
My sons all own Apples and usually swear by them, but sometimes (when they play video games) they swear at them. So far I think that I make the right choice with this computer.

This laptop has everything you can ask for. It is cheaper than similar laptops with the same components but you don't sacrifice value or quality. I would recommend this to anybody from teens for homework or adults for business. You will not be disappointed.

I did a lot of research when I was looking to buy a laptop. I mean this was my first laptop. After all of my research, it was clear that this HP Entertainment PC was the best for my needs. It's fast and offers great processing power for the money, the display is crisp and beautiful, and the quick access keys to DVD and music software makes enjoying my movies and music incredibly easy. And the ceramic white and silver finish makes the laptop look sleek and very attractive. I love this laptop. The only downer is the battery life. There are three battery plans: High Performance, Power Saver and Low Performance. On high performance, the battery lasts 2 1/2 hours tops running basic office applications, surfing the net and playing some music. Don't even think about watching a movie.
Great laptop but a weak battery. If you buy this product, definitely look at buying an additional battery.
