I think I'm losing 1-1.5 lbs more per week than I did before Fucothin. I'm not experiencing any side effects, not jittery or sleepless.
not working

i was really hopeful because i feel my metabolism is sluggish and was excited to find something natural that might speed it up.
i've been exercising 3-5 times a week for the past 3 months now, and have a very healthy diet... i've been taking 3 pills 3x a day, as prescribed... i waited patiently for the results that were said to typically start kicking in after 6-8 weeks. going on my 3rd month and NOTHING. i feel like a sucker for wasting all that money and energy.
Shorted on the softgels 2008-04-17
I haven't even started this yet, but when I opened the bottle it seemed as if there were not 90 softgels in the bottle. I counted, and , no surprise- only 78, when there are supposed to be 90. Great quality control!
Too expensive to keep up...

Well I have been taking Fucothin for 3 months and just stopped because it was getting ridiculously expensive...plus I was getting hives on it. Anyhow, did it help lose belly fat, weight? Not sure, I eat about 1500-1600 cals a day, exercise 5 times a week, I also take Tonalin CLA, anyhow yes i have noticed my waist is slimmer, but I have lost 8 pounds...so I can't attribute it to the Fucothin. Between the hives and money, I'd rather spend my money on some organic veggies :)

I love the IDEA of the product and will keep taking it for 2 months. I have started a workout program 4 x a week, but still see a tummy. (and yes, my diet is clean...) I'm just not sure what it is doing at this point.
I'm still hopeful.....

I just love this fat burner. It's all natural and is having a great result on my weight loss. Slight after taste, but goes away after a week of using this product.

I taken almost the whole bottle, but I didn't take as directed, I took one a day instead of three, so I'm sure if it works or not. I can say that I've experience no side effects that I'm aware of and it might be curbing my appetite? I will buy another bottle and hopefully give a more conclusive review later. A friend of mine swears she lost 15 pounds in her belly as a result of it, so that's why I tried it.

But, if you clean up your nutrition, get off the couch and move at little bit, along with taking the FucoThin.........after 2 months you'll be glad you did.
